Take the Spring Play 60 Challenge! Play 60 is designed to inspire elementary and middle school students to be active 60 minutes a day ā€“ 30 minutes at school and 30 minutes at home.

Play 60 Challenge

The NFL Play 60 Challenge is a joint program of the Oakland Raiders, American Heart Association (AHA), and the National Football League. Play 60 is designed to inspire elementary and middle school students to be active 60 minutes a day ā€“ 30 minutes at school and 30 minutes at home. The program helps schools become places that encourage physically active lifestyles year-round!

Play 60 is open to public and private schools (4th ā€“ 8th graders) in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Prizes are awarded to schools and students who excel in the Play 60 Challenge. The school with the highest average minutes of daily physical activity per student during the challenge will receive a special Oakland Raiders themed event at their school!

Participating schools will receive Oakland Raiders Student "Game Planners" and Teacher Resource Guides available at no charge. During this 4-week program, students track their minutes of physical activity in an Oakland Raiders "Game planner" and compete for a prize. Teachers may align physical activity homework with state fitness assessments.
