Here are all the highlights from the Oakland Raiders preseason Week 2 game against the Los Angeles Rams.

In the Oakland Raiders preseason home opener, the Silver and Black were unable to hold off a late surge by the Los Angeles Rams, falling by a  final score of 24-21. For the entirety of the first quarter, quarterback Derek Carr led the first-team out on the field, throwing a pair of touchdowns, one to tight end Lee Smith, and another to wide receiver Michael Crabtree. With the exception of an interception, Carr looked poised in the pocket, and he called it an “emotional return” after breaking his fibula in Week 16 of last year.

Regardless of the result, there were plenty of highlights made on offense and defense; let’s take a look at some of the action.

It didn’t take long for reigning AP Defensive Player of the Year Khalil Mack to register his first tackle.

The Raiders started their first drive of the game with a handoff to “Beast Mode.”

Carr connected with new Raiders tight end Jared Cook for his first pass of the game.

Following his first pass, No. 4 found his other tight end, Lee Smith, for six.

Punter Marquette King appeared to be in mid-season form with a booming 51-yard punt.

There’s never a moment where I’m not amazed by wide receiver Amari Cooper, and Saturday was no exception.

For his second touchdown pass of the game, Carr hit Crabtree, who put his defender on skates.

After Carr’s time on the field was over, second-year quarterback Connor Cook dropped a dime to wide receiver Johnny Holton.

Check out every throw from Carr’s Week 2 of the preseason.
