Tell The Truth Tuesday: Members of the Raiders Look Ahead To Week 14

The Oakland Raiders are riding a two-game winning streak, but there's plenty of corrections that can be made. Head Coach Jack Del Rio is all about playing complementary football, and even though the Silver and Black won 24-17, there were some areas of the game that need improvement. Tuesday's have been dubbed as Tell the Truth Tuesday, and are dedicated to reflecting on the game following its completion.

Let's take a look at what members of the team had to say:

Head Coach Jack Del Rio

"It's a good division, a strong division. It's one that we've had, I would say, maybe a down year in terms of us hitting a little bit of a dry spell for a stretch, the [Los Angeles] Chargers hit a dry spell for a stretch to start the year, the [Kansas City] Chiefs are in one now. We're all good football teams and we're all alive right now. We all have an opportunity."

Running Back Jalen Richard

"It's going to be intense man, it's an intense game with those guys all the time. Every time we play them. They're a big rival, a big divisional rival. Obviously things not going the way they're playing right now, and we have some momentum, but they're still a good team, and it's a division game so they're going to give us everything they've got."

"It's football, it's not always going to go the way that you want it to go, and sometimes you're going to hit little stints. Obviously we had our little losing streak, and we were able to climb ourselves out of it, and still have another chance now with other guys losing and stuff. It's the way the game goes, man, sometimes the ball doesn't roll your way."

Tackle Vadal Alexander

"Honestly I think it's just the reps. The repetition of getting the same runs, the runs together as a running corps, that's the o-line, the tight ends, and the running backs. Getting the same runs going, and kind of getting a rhythm is a big important topic, and a necessity for a running group to be in there together and get a certain amount of reps together, so you can kind of know what to expect from each other. I think we're kind of hitting our stride."

Linebacker Nicholas Morrow

"[It went] alright. Obviously, there's things I have to improve on, but it was definitely good to go out there and get some experience, get your feet wet, stuff like that."
