Veteran Raiderette Bess has been selected as Raiderette of the Week for 2012 Regular Season Week 11.

Veteran Raiderette Bess has been selected as Raiderette of the Week for 2012 Regular Season Week 11.

"My favorite Raider moment lies in an episode of Lifetime's Coming Home.

"Last season, the Raider Nation had the privilege of witnessing and participating in the homecoming of an American hero, SFC Michael Eaton.

"The Eaton family participated in a field goal challenge with their father (unknowingly) on the Coliseum grass and as the intimate family moment revealed itself, I realized that as individuals we were involved in something greater than ourselves.

"As the Raider Nation, we stood united in support of our troops. As the two worlds collided, I stood among my Raiderette sisters, having never been more proud to be an Oakland Raider."
