Additional Tickets:
Additional tickets can be purchased by filling out a ticket request form.

Age Required for Tickets:

ATMs are located throughout the stadium in the following locations:
- Main Concourse: sections 113, 120, 125, 141, 142.

- Inside the stadium: entrances at Gate A, Gate B, Gate C, Gate D.

BART:
Management reserves the right to remove any signs or banners at any time. Signs and banners may be hung during the Raiders games as long as:
Access to Oakland Coliseum via Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) is available by exiting at the Coliseum/Airport BART Station from the Fremont/Richmond line or Fremont/Daily City line. To get to the Coliseum from the BART Station, cross the bridge connecting the BART Station to the East Side of the Coliseum. For more information and an exact train schedule, BART can be contacted at (510) 464-6000 or online at www.bart.gov.
Bus Transportation:
AC Transit buses that drop off at the Coliseum BART Station are Bus numbers 45, 46, 49, 56, 58, and 98. AC Transit can be contacted at (800) 448-9790.

Cameras & Videos:
Hand-held binoculars and small still cameras with lenses less than 3” in length are permitted in Oakland Coliseum. Video and movie cameras are not permitted in the Coliseum without the user holding proper media credentials. Photos cannot be used for any commercial purpose.
Capacity (Luxury Suite):
12 - 16 sized suites can seat 12 guests, but can hold up to 16 guests. 18 - 24 sized suites can seat 18 guests, but can hold up to 24 guests. Additional guests may be invited with a purchase of an additonal Luxury Suite Ticket.
Capitol Corridor:
The Capitol Corridor train system runs from Sacramento to San Jose and stops at the Oakland Coliseum/ BART station for game day travel. Visit Capitol Corridor online for rates and train schedule.
Carry-In Items:
All bags must be no larger than 18" x12"x 8". All bags, including backpacks and purses, are subject to search. No cans, weapons, glass containers or alcohol is allowed into the Stadium at any time. No hard-sided coolers of any size are permitted.
Children's Ticket Policy:
Children 24 months of age and under do not need a ticket to enter the Oakland Coliseum. They must be seated on a parent or guardian's lap and not interfere with the sightlines of others. Children must have a ticket to receive a promotional item.
Club Access:
All Luxury Suite Holders have access to the West Side Club and East Side Club, as well as the club concourse level. For a change of scenery, the clubs offer private bars and dining areas.
Concessions:
Premium food and beverage services are offered in the West Side Club, East Side Club, Luxury Suites, and in all premium seating areas. Traditional stadium concessions are also offered throughout Oakland Coliseum. Specialty items such as BBQ, popcorn chicken, pizza, and garlic fries can also be found at specific concession stands.

Concierge Desk:
There are two concierge desks to accommodate our Suite and Club Seat Holders. One is located near the West Side Club entrance, behind section 217, the other is located in the East Side Club, behind section 242. All Suite Holders should check-in with the Concierge Desk for access to their suite.
Customer Accommodations/
Raiders Game Day Box Office:
There are two conveniently-located Customer Accommodations offices at Oakland Coliseum. These offices are staffed by Raiders Season Ticket Service Representatives on game day to assist Raiders Season Ticket Holders with any ticketing issues or concerns. Please note these offices do not handle general public day of game ticket sales.
West Side Customer Accommodations: West Side Customer Accommodations is located on the Plaza Level between the Coliseum and the Oracle Arena. It is directly next to the West Side Club entrance to the stadium and is open five hours prior to kickoff and closes at the end of the third quarter during each home game.
East Side Customer Accommodations: East Side Customer Accommodations is located on the BART Plaza level directly North of the East Side Club doors and is accessible only from the outside of the stadium. The East Side Customer Accommodations is open five hours prior to kickoff and closes at the end of half time during each home game.

Disabled Services (ADA):
All East Side Suites are wheelchair accessible and all luxury suites on the West Side Club level are wheelchair accessible.
Access Routes: Guests with tickets for sections 100-134 should enter through C or D Gates. For access to sections 200-234, guests should use the Plaza Club Entrance (restricted to disabled guests, suite holders, or club seating), or either of the entrance gates (LL, MM) off the BART Plaza.
Elevators: West Side of the stadium: Three elevators allow guests with disabilities access to the Club Concourse. These elevators are accessed via the Plaza Club Entrance, across from the Arena. .
Elevators: East Side of the stadium: Three elevators allow guests with disabilities access all levels of the East Side Structure, including the Plaza Suites, Plaza Reserved, East Side Club Suites and East Side Loge Suites. These elevators are accessed via the Main Concourse at Section 143, or via the BART Plaza. .
Field Level Sections: An elevator allowing access to the Field Level wheelchair accessible seats in Row 20 is located in the right field corner at Section 101, inside B gate. A Guest Services Team Member is staffed at this location to assist Guests. This elevator takes guests from the Main Concourse to the Lower Cross Aisle between rows 20 and 21 of the Field Level Sections. .
Entrances: All Stadium entry gates are disabled accessible. .
First Aid Offices: Emergency treatment may be administered at the First Aid Office behind section 109 (inside C Gate). For larger attendance games, there is an additional First Aid Office at section 143 on the Main Concourse behind centerfield. .
Lifts:
Main Concourse at Section 133: In addition to the Field Level elevator, a wheelchair lift isolated on the inside A Gate that services wheelchair locations down the left field line. A Guest Services Team Member is located at this location to assist guests.
Club Concourse at Section 233: A wheelchair lift is located at section 233 to gain access to the Skyview Terrace Suites 61-64 and Loge Suite 60.
Parking: Parking stalls for the disabled are located in all four public parking lots. Disabled parking stalls are available on a first come, first serve basis. The space nearest the facility at the end of each row is clearly marked with a disabled symbol.
Pay Phones: Pay phones throughout the stadium are disabled accessible. TDD phones are located at Sections 104 & 130 on the Main Concourse.

Ejection:
The Oakland Raiders, the NFL, SMG or stadium management, in their sole discretion, may refuse admission to or eject any ticket holder who is disorderly, uses vulgar or abusive language, throws objects, fights, impairs others' ability to enjoy the game, attempts to enter the playing field or who fails to comply with any stadium policies or the terms printed on the reverse side of any admission ticket without any refund.
Additionally, when appropriate, revocation of season ticket privileges or arrest by law enforcement authorities will occur. By using any admission ticket and entering Oakland Coliseum, ticket holder expressly agrees to the terms and conditions printed on the reverse side of the ticket.
Please note that unauthorized sales activities of any kind are strictly prohibited within Oakland Coliseum. Failure to comply will result in ejection.
Elevators:
West Side of the Stadium: Three elevators allow guests with disabilities access to the Club Concourse. These elevators are accessed via the Plaza Club Entrance, across form the arena.
East Side of the Stadium: Three elevators allow guests with disabilities access to all levels of the East Side Structure, including the Plaza Suites, Plaza Reserved, East Side Club Suites and East Side Loge Suites. These elevators are accessed via the Main Concourse at Section 143, via the Bart Plaza or 3rd level.
Field Level Section: An elevator allowing access to the Field Level wheelchair accessible seats in Row 20 is located in the right field corner at section 101, inside B gate. A Guest Services Team Member is staffed at this location to assist guests. This elevator takes guests form the Main Concourse to the Lower Cross Aisle between rows 20 and 21 of the Field Level Sections.
Emergencies:
In case of an emergency please notify the nearest usher or security guard, or visit the East or West Side Customer Accommodations Offices. To contact someone at the stadium in case of an emergency on game day, please call the SMG Office at (510) 569-2121.
Entry into the Stadium:
There are two “VIP Suite Holders Only” entrances. One located on the West side near Customer Accommodations across from Will Call and the Oakland Arena. The other “Suite Holders Only” entrance is located on the East side near the BART ramp entrance into the stadium. You may also present your luxury suite ticket at any other entrance within the stadium.
Once you get into the stadium, please present your luxury suite ticket to one of the “Luxury Suite Guest Services” employees at the Concierge Desks and they will unlock your suite.
All Lluxury Suite Holders have access into their suite three (3) hours prior to kickoff and one (1) hour after the game.
Evacuation:
Should there be an immediate need to evacuate the stadium; fans will be given instructions via the public address system. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the two exits nearest to your seats.
Exit/Re-Entry Policy:
Oakland Coliseum does not permit guests who have exited the stadium to re-enter. Once a guest has exited the facility, their ticket will not be valid for entry again.

Facility Management/SMG Offices:
SMG provides complete facility management and maintenance for the Oakland Coliseum. SMG staff is available on game day to address facility related issues. Please contact any Coliseum employee for assistance or call (510) 569-2121.
First Aid Offices:
First Aid offices are located at the following locations:
- Main Concourse: sections 109, 143.
- Upper Concourse: sections 317, 344.
If there is a medical emergency, please notify a Oakland Coliseum employee so they can contact the on-site medical team.
Food Services:
Premium food and beverage services are offered in the West Side Club, East Side Club, Luxury Suites, and in all premium seating areas. Game Day Luxury Suite Ticket Sales:
If tickets are still available, remaining tickets will be sold to the general public at three conveniently-located box office locations surrounding Oakland Coliseum:

Credit cards are accepted.
Gate Openings:
- Parking gates open five hours prior to kickoff.
- Club and Luxury Suite Holder gates open three hours prior to kickoff.

Hall of Fame Suite:
The Hall of Fame Suite is a party suite that seats up to 96 guests. Drink tickets and a full food buffet are complimentary with the purchase of each ticket. This suite is located near the North end zone. Parking passes may also be included, depending on the number of tickets purchased. This is a perfect investment for those who cannot fill an entire Luxury Suite but have the desire to entertain.

Kids Area:
The Raider Rookie Zone, located on the east side of Oakland Coliseum on the concourse between sections 335-355, is an interactive area that allows young fans to participate in a variety of family focused activities during the 2007 season.

Lost and Found:
Found items are logged are taken to the stadium Security Office at Section 126. SMG building management (located on Plaza Level next to Arena Box Office) handles all unclaimed items beginning the next business day.
SMG can be reached at (510) 383-4660, Monday - Friday, 9 am-5 pm PST. Items not claimed within a reasonable amount of time will be turned over to law enforcement or donated to charity.

8.44.030 Activities prohibited within the stadium and arena
The following activities are prohibited within the stadium:
A. No person shall intentionally throw, discharge, launch or spill any solid object (including footballs, baseballs, beach balls, Frisbees or other such devices) or liquid substance or otherwise cause such object or substance to be thrown, discharged, launched, spilled or to become airborne.
B. No person shall explode, set off, discharge or otherwise release or cause to be released any smoke bomb, fireworks, stink bomb, or other substance which is physically harmful or otherwise irritating, offensive, repugnant or disgusting to the eyes or sense of smell.
C. No person shall enter any area of the stadium or arena not open to the general public, or any other area set apart for the participants, performers, officials, attendants or service personnel at any time before, during, or after a stadium or arena event.
D. No person shall bring into or possess within the stadium or the arena any can or bottle or any thermos, vacuum bottle, canteen or other similar container containing alcohol unless expressly authorized by the authorized representative.
E. No person shall gain or attempt to gain admittance to the stadium or the arena except through an access gate open for public access and by presenting a valid event ticket or otherwise paying the posted charge required for admission or to enter or attempt to enter the stadium or the arena during non-event days or hours without permission.
F. No person of either sex shall enter the clearly marked and designated restroom facilities of the opposite sex at the stadium or the arena.
G. No person shall behave in so noisy, boisterous or rowdy a manner as to disturb spectators or participants at any stadium or arena event so that assigned personnel must address the person to cease or prevent a recurrence of the noisy, boisterous or rowdy behavior.
H. No person shall violate any local ordinance or state law.
I. No person shall refuse to obey an ejectment order made pursuant to enforcement of this section, or shall re-enter the stadium or arena during the event that person was ejected from by purchase of another ticket or by any other means.
J. No person shall bring into or possess within the stadium or the arena any noise-making device including but not necessarily limited to air horns, powered megaphones, bugles, drums, tambourines or other musical instruments unless expressly authorized.
K. No person shall lead, conduct or otherwise bring or allow to remain in the stadium or the arena any animal, bird, fish or reptile, except trained guide dogs or dogs for the disabled certified by the state of California and which are in actual use.
L. No person shall remain within the stadium or the arena more than one hour after the conclusion of the event for which admitted. It is unlawful for any person to refuse to obey the lawful order of law enforcement officers or stadium or arena security personnel made pursuant to enforcement of this subsection.
M. Subsections A through L of this section shall not apply to any duly authorized employee, agent or officer of the authorized representative while acting in the course and scope of his or her employment, nor shall it apply to any duly authorized participant, performer, official, security or service personnel specifically authorized to perform such an act by the authorized representative while acting in the scope of his or her employment or participation.
N. No person shall smoke any combustible substance in the stadium, other than in a designated area.
O. During events with ticketed assigned seating, no person is to occupy a seat for which he/she does not possess a valid ticket.
P. No person shall remain standing in or block any aisle or passageway beyond the time reasonably necessary to transit the aisle or passageway. Aisle or passageway shall mean those areas immediately adjacent to the seating areas that are intended as walkways leading to or from seats or exits. Aisle or passageway shall also mean the concourse areas when large crowds have gathered in sufficient numbers so as to block such aisle or passageways. (Ord. 12091 (part), 1998; Ord. 12003 § 2 (part), 1997)
8.44.040 Activities prohibited within the parking facility
The following activities are prohibited within the parking facility:
A. No person shall maliciously and/or in a manner that disturbs public order or causes a threat to public safety throw, discharge, launch or spill any solid object including footballs, baseballs, Frisbees and other such devices or liquid substances, or otherwise cause such objects or substances to be maliciously and/or in a manner that disturbs public order or causes a threat to public safety thrown, discharged, launched, spilled or to become airborne within the parking facility.
B. No person shall explode, set off, discharge, or otherwise release or cause to be released any smoke bomb, fireworks, stink bomb, or other substance which is physically harmful or otherwise irritating, offensive, repugnant, or disgusting to the eyes or sense of smell within the parking facility.
C. 1. - No person shall participate in any activity, including, but not limited to vehicle driver training, running, jogging, volleyball, baseball, soccer, football, roller skating, bicycle riding, skateboarding or Frisbee within the parking facility unless expressly authorized by the authorized representative.
C. 2. - No tables, barbecues, chairs, umbrellas or other objects shall be permitted on walkways and promenades in the inner areas of the parking facility without the written permission of the authorized representative.
D. No person shall lead, conduct or otherwise bring or allow to remain in the parking facility any animal, bird, fish or reptile except trained guide dogs or dogs for the disabled certified by the state of California and which are in actual use.
E. No person shall bring or attempt to bring a vehicle into the parking facility without paying the prescribed charge required for admission. No employee of the authorized representative or any employee of any organization holding an event at the complex shall enter or attempt to enter the parking facility without presenting a valid ticket or pass to that event, or a pass or I.D. indicating that the person is an on-duty employee working the event.
F. For purposes of the California Vehicle Code, all surfaced areas of the parking facility, on which vehicles normally travel to enter and leave parking spaces or the parking facility, shall be considered "highways" as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 360.
G. 1. - No person shall park or stand a vehicle in more than one parking space. If the vehicle exceeds twenty (20) feet in length, the driver thereof shall park said vehicle in parking spaces for standard size vehicles and pay for the additional space and display evidence of such payment.
2. - No person shall utilize in any manner more than the parking space that his or her vehicle is entitled to occupy under the provisions of this chapter. Roadways and fire lanes shall remain clear of vehicles and objects to maximize use for traffic circulation.
3. - No person shall interfere in any manner with the use of an adjacent parking space.
H. Coliseum staff may set a reasonable closing time for parking facilities following an event. No person shall remain within the parking facilities after being informed by a police officer or security personnel the facilities are closed. No person shall refuse to obey the lawful order of a police officer or security personnel made pursuant to enforcement of this subsection.
I. No person shall bring, or cause to be brought, for the purposes of sale or barter, or have for sale, or sell or exchange, or offer for sale or exchange any food, drink, service, goods, wares, ticket or merchandise within any portion of the parking facility including the perimeter sidewalk of the complex without first having obtained a city business tax certificate and a permit from the authorized representative.
J. No person shall bring within the perimeter of the boundaries of the Coliseum parking lots, or cause to be brought to the parking lots, a beer keg or any type of glass container. This subsection shall not apply to patrons possessing prescribed medication in glass containers.
K. Subsections A through J of this section shall not apply to any duly authorized employee, agent or officer of the Authorized Representative while acting in the course and scope of his or her employment, nor shall it apply to any duly authorized participant, performer, official, security or service personnel specifically authorized to perform such an act by the authorized representative while acting in the scope of his or her employment or participation. (Ord. 12290 (part), 2000; Ord. 12091 (part), 1998; Ord. 12003 § 2 (part), 1997)
Sec. 6-3.19 states it is unlawful to sell or offer for sale goods on Coliseum property without written authorization from the Oakland A's. This includes tickets, even when offered for face value.
Business and Professional Code Article I, Sec. 25607, makes it unlawful to have in possession in the Stadium, alcoholic beverages not purchased on the premises from the licensee.

P
Parking:
With the purchase of your luxury suite, you are given 3 parking passes for a 12 to 16 size suite and 5 parking passes for an 18 to 24 size suite. You will park in the VIP Luxury Suite Holders Only parking which is located in lots A or B, depending on what your pass indicates.

- Small handheld TV's and radios.
- Binoculars and binocular cases.
- Still cameras with lenses shorter than 3" and camera cases.
- Seat cushions (lightweight foam with plastic cover).
- Blankets.
- Rain ponchos.
- Insulin and diabetic supplies.
- Breast pump and supplies.
- Helmets.
All patrons are subject to search. Bags that fit into boxes (18"W x 12"H x 8"D)located at each gate are acceptable; however, all items brought into the stadium are subject to search. Refusal of any guest cooperation will result in non-admittance into the stadium. Management is not responsible for items left behind at the gate or items lost, stolen or damaged.
Press Gate:
Press with passes enter the Stadium through the North Pass Gate, located in F Lot. Press passes can be picked up at Will Call located on the Plaza. Press who pick up Passes at Will call may also enter at the Plaza Entry.
Prohibited Items by Oakland Coliseum:
- Bags larger than 18"W x 12"H x 8"D.
- Hard-sided containers of any size, including coolers and thermoses.
- Glass bottles, aluminum cans, flasks, and camelbacks.
- Containers carrying liquids of any kind.
- Alcoholic beverages.
- Illegal drugs.
- Weapons of any kind.
- Fireworks.
- Projectiles, including Frisbees, footballs and inflatable balls.
- Any size pole or stick.
- Umbrellas of any kind.
- Artificial noisemakers of any kind.
- Video cameras.
- Still Cameras with lenses longer than 3".
- Laser pointers, computers and large radios.
- Portable chairs.
- Scooters, bicycles, roller skates and skateboards.
- Inappropriate attire or signage.
- Non-service animals.
All patrons are subject to search. Bags that fit into boxes (18"W x 12"H x 8"D)located at each gate are acceptable; however, all items brought into the stadium are subject to search. Refusal of any guest cooperation will result in non-admittance into the stadium. Management is not responsible for items left behind at the gate or items lost, stolen or damaged.
Property Check:
Guests may store their property for the duration of the game at Property Check located on the second level of the outside concourse of Oracle Arena, across from the West Side Club entrance. All items are subject to search, and non-admittance.

The Raider Image:

Security Offices:
Stadium Security Offices are located at Section 148 (Gate D) and at Section 127 (Gate B) on the Main Concourse. Offices open 30 minutes prior to Stadium Gate opening and remain open for one hour after the game ends.
SMG Office:
SMG provides complete facility management and maintenance for the Oakland Coliseum. SMG staff is available on game day to address facility related issues. Please contact any Coliseum employee for assistance or call (510) 569-2121.
Smoking:
Smoking is allowed in the stadium, but in the following locations only:
- Main Concourse inside entrance Gates A & B.
- Club Concourse near Gates AA & BB.
- Open air Club Concourse areas away from concession and merchandise stands, sections 200-209 and 225-234.

Suite Capacity:
12 - 16 sized suites can seat 12 guests, but can hold up to 16 guests. 18 - 24 sized suites can seat 18 guests, but can hold up to 24 guests. Additional guests may be invited with a purchase of a Luxury Suite Ticket.
Suite Entry:
There are two “VIP Suite Holders Only” entrances. One located on the West side near Customer Accommodations across from Will Call and the Oakland Arena. The other “Suite Holders Only” entrance is located on the East side near the BART ramp entrance into the stadium. You may also present your luxury suite ticket at any other entrance within the stadium.
Once you get into the stadium, please present your luxury suite ticket to one of the “Luxury Suite Concierge Representatives” employees at the Concierge Desks and they will unlock your suite.
All luxury suite holders have access into their suite three (3) hours prior to kickoff and one (1) hour after the game.
Suite Restrooms:
There is a private restroom in all East Side Suites. There are restrooms in both the West Side Club and the East Side Club, as well as restrooms located throughout the club concourse for all West side Suite Holders.
Suite Televisions:
All West Side Suites have a television so you can catch every instant re-play and watch the game itself. All East Side Suites have a media wall with 4 satellite television sets so you can catch the latest NFL action.

Tailgate Area:
Tailgating is part of the lore of the Raider Nation. However, with the thrill of the Raider tailgate experience comes the duty to act responsibly and safely. Please remember to safely dispose of all barbecue coals and flammable items in the appropriate receptacles provided throughout the parking lots for your safety.

VIP Parking:
With the purchase of your Luxury Suite, you are given 3 parking passes for a 12 to 16 size suite and 5 parking passes for an 18 to 24 size suite. You will park in the VIP Luxury Suite Holders Only parking which is located in lots A or B, depending on what your pass indicates.

VIP Will Call:
The VIP Will Call window is available to Luxury Suite Holders and specific VIP's on game day for ticket drop off and pickup. VIP Will Call is located on the Plaza level between the Coliseum and the Arena, opening five hours prior to kick off and closing at the end of each game.
Guests must show photo identification at VIP Will Call in order to pick up tickets. The photo identification must match the name that the tickets are left under for VIP Will Call to release the tickets. If you are not the person whose name the tickets are left under, you must have a copy of that person's photo identification with a note stating that they release the tickets to you for the game, with their signature.

Wall of Fame:
The prestigious Wall of Fame was constructed in 1995 when the Raiders returned to their home in Oakland. The Wall of Fame was created as recognition for those purchased PSLs in 1995 to support the Raiders' return to Oakland. The Wall of Fame is located on the Plaza Level between the stadium and the arena.
