Former Raider and seven-year NFL veteran Justin Griffith is in his first season on the Raiders coaching staff, serving in an offensive quality control capacity.
Griffith played in 96 career games with 73 starts, totaling 413 yards on 94 rushing attempts and 141 receptions for 989 yards with five touchdowns. He played in 23 games with 14 starts in two seasons with the Silver and Black (2007-08). Originally drafted by Atlanta in the fourth round of the 2003 NFL Draft, Griffith played four years with the Falcons before joining the Raiders. He played for Seattle in his final NFL season (2009).
A native of Magee, Miss., Griffith majored in education at Mississippi State.
