Season Tickets

How do I purchase Season Tickets?
There are 2 ways to purchase Raiders Season Tickets:

1) Call 1-800-RAIDERS to speak to a Sales Representative to help you select the best seat location, explain the benefits, and save on purchase fees; and
2) Purchase online here.

What is the cost of Season Tickets?
Season Tickets start as low as $250 for all 10 home games. Click here to see a full pricing chart.

What happens if I can't make it to a game?
Season Ticket Holders can post their tickets for sale on NFL Ticket Exchange.

What are the alternative ticket packages?
Once on sale, Half Season and 3-Game packages will be available online or by calling 1-800-RAIDERS.

Season Ticket Holders

How do I change information on my Season Ticket Holder account?
You can update your address, email address, phone number, and payment information online via the My Raiders Account Manager website. For all other changes, please contact your Client Services Representative.

What happens if I can't make it to a game?
Season Ticket Holders can post their tickets for sale on NFL Ticket Exchange.

The ability to purchase or sell tickets online through TicketExchange is available until 3 hours prior to kickoff.

How do I donate tickets?
You can donate your tickets through your My Raiders Account Manager website.

The cutoff for ticket donations is midnight on the Monday prior to any home game.

Can tickets be re-printed on game day?
Yes. For any ticket-related issue, you may visit the East or West Side Customer Accommodations office at the Coliseum. You must be the Season Ticket Holder of record and must present your photo I.D. A $10 per ticket reprinting fee will be applied. You may also call 1-800-RAIDERS and a Customer Service representative may be able to assist you.

How much does it cost to park on game day?
The Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Authority operates all Coliseum parking lots and currently charges $35 per car and motorcycle and $75 for oversized vehicles and limos.

Can I purchase a pre-paid parking pass?
Yes. You may purchase a parking pass for Reserved Lot A or Reserved Lot B and must park in the lot designated on the parking pass. Oversized vehicle and limo passes must be purchased in advance of game day.

Can I exchange my parking pass for a different lot?
Yes. All parking passes must be exchanged in person or by mail.

How many Club Seats do I have to purchase or own to be eligible to purchase a Club Parking Pass?
Club Seat Holders may purchase 1 parking pass per seat in each account (maximum of 4 parking passes per account).

What if I lose my pre-paid parking pass?
Lost, stolen, or damaged parking passes are not eligible for replacement and are non-refundable.

Can I purchase parking passes on the day of the game at the Coliseum?
No. All parking passes must be purchased prior to game day through your Client Services Representative.

Parking lots open five (5) hours prior to kickoff. Club and Suite Holder stadium gates open three (3) hours prior to kickoff. All non-Club gates open two (2) hours prior to kickoff.

Can I get a refund for my tickets?
All sales are final, including but not limited to Season Tickets, Half Season plans, Group Tickets, 3-Game plans, Single Game Tickets and Deposits. Refunds will only be offered in the event of cancelled games.


Club Season Ticket Holders

Is there a special entrance for premium seat holders?
Yes, there are two exclusive entrances located on the East and West Side of the stadium available for all Premium Seat Holders. The East Side entrance is located directly across the BART ramp and the West Side entrance is directly across from Will Call on the Oracle Arena side of the Coliseum.

Are my Club Seats inside or outside?
Club Seats are located outdoors. However, any patron with a Club Seat ticket is granted access to the two climate controlled Club areas.

Am I able to purchase additional Club Seats for an individual game?
Yes. Additional available Club Seats initially are offered to all Club Seat Holders. Any available seating that is not purchased by Club Seat Holders can be purchased by the general public on a per game basis at the Coliseum Box Office or online at www.ticketmaster.com. However, there is an additional fee for utilizing these seats if you are not a current Club Seat Holder.

If I have Club Seats, may I sit in a suite?
No. The suites are available only to patrons who possess suite tickets for the suite location specified on the suite ticket.

What are the hours of the Club?
The East and West Side Clubs open three (3) hours prior to kick-off and will remain open approximately one (1) hour after the conclusion of the game

Do you offer Club Wristbands for purchase without a Club or Premium Ticket?
No. All guests must have a Club or other Premium Ticket (Suite, Legends Loge, Hall of Fame) for access to both Clubs. Please contact the Premium Ticket Department at 1-800-RAIDERS for additional information.

Where do I go if I have any general questions during the game?
There are two concierge desks to accommodate Suite and Club Seat Holders. One is located near the West Side Club entrance, directly behind section 217 and the other is located in the East Side Club, directly behind section 242. All Suite Holders should check-in with the concierge desk for access to their suite.

How many Club Seats do I have to purchase or own to be eligible to purchase a Club Parking Pass?
Club Seat Holders may purchase 1 parking pass per seat in each account (maximum of 4 parking passes per account).

What are the Group Ticket minimum purchases for the Club Section?
To be eligible for Group Ticket benefits you must purchase a minimum 10 tickets in the Premium Club sections. Please contact the Ticket Office at 1-800-RAIDERS for all Group Ticket benefits and options.


Group Tickets and Fundraising

What is the Group Ticket minimum?
To be eligible for Group Ticket benefits, you must purchase a minimum of 20 tickets in the General Reserve sections or 10 tickets in the Premium Club sections. Please contact the Group Sales Department at (510) 864-5021  for all Group Ticket benefits and options.

How do I purchase group tickets?
The Raiders' experienced Group Sales Representatives are trained to help you select the best seat location, ticket package, and ticket benefits, while eliminating online purchase fees.

Premium Seats

How many seats are in a suite?
There are two sizes of suites. 12-person suites may add up to an additional four (4) Standing Room Only ("SRO") tickets and accommodate 16 guests.18-person suites may add up to an additional six (6) SRO tickets and accommodate 24 guests.

Are parking passes included in the purchase of a suite?
Yes. Three (3) parking passes are included in the purchase of a 12-person suite. Five (5) parking passes are included in the purchase of an 18-person suite. Parking is located in Suite A Lot and Suite B Lot.

Is club level access included with the purchase of a suite?
Yes

Where is the box office/will call?
West Side Box Office/Will Call is located on the Plaza Level at ORACLE Arena. It is open four (4) hours prior to kickoff and closes at the end of the third quarter during each home game.
East Side Box Office is located on the BART Plaza level directly North of the East Side Club doors and is accessible only from the outside of the Oakland Coliseum. It is open four (4) hours prior to kickoff and closes at the end of half time during each home game

How early may we get into the stadium?
Club and Suite Holders may enter the stadium three (3) hours prior to kickoff.

What is the Silver Suite?
The Silver Suite is an East Side Suite that seats up to 18 guests. Food and non-alcoholic drinks are included with the purchase of each ticket. This suite is located on the east sideline on the loge level. Parking passes are included. This is ideal for those who cannot fill an entire Suite but have the desire to entertain.

What is the Hall of Fame Suite?
The Hall of Fame Suite is a party suite that seats up to 96 guests. Drink tickets and a full food buffet are included with the purchase of each ticket. This suite is located near the north end zone. Parking passes are included with every 4 tickets purchased. This is a great way to enjoy a premium experience without having to fill an entire suite.

What is the Legends Loge?
The Legends Loge is a party suite that seats up to 165 guests. Drink tickets and a full food buffet are complimentary with the purchase of each ticket. This suite is located near the south end zone. This is ideal for those who have a large group attending the game and want an upgraded experience.

Can I make a special request?
Yes. Special requests can be accommodated, when possible, to make your event enjoyable for all of your guests. If you have a special request please contact Jennifer Vu, Coordinator of Suite Services at (510) 780-3216 or jvu@raiders.com.

Do all of the suites have restrooms?
No. There are private restrooms in all East Side Suites. West Side Suite Holders have access to restrooms in both the West Side Club and the East Side Club, as well as restrooms located throughout the club concourse.

Do all of the suites have televisions?
All West Side Suites have a television so you can catch every instant replay and watch the game itself. All East Side Suites have a media wall with 4 satellite television sets so you can catch the latest NFL action. All televisions carry the NFL Direct Ticket Package and you will be able to view any NFL game being played.

Are Club Wristbands available for purchase without a Club or Premium Ticket?
No. All guests must have a Club or other Premium Ticket (Suite Ticket, Legends Loge Ticket, Hall of Fame Ticket) for access to both Clubs and all Club amenities. Please contact our Premium Ticket Department at 1-800-RAIDERS for additional information.

If I need some assistance during a game day, who can I contact?
If you have any questions during our game day, our office phone line is open from 10 am to kick off (1-800-RAIDERS).

In game concerns can be reported by texting OAK with your concern and location to 69050.

I have feedback from last season (ex: critique, maintenance fix, game day recommendation), who should I contact in the Ticket Office?
Season Ticket Holders may contact their Client Service Representative with feedback.
