Will Call is located on the Plaza level between the stadium and the arena. Will Call opens five hours prior to kick off and closes at the end of each game. Guests must show photo identification at Will Call in order to pick up tickets. The photo identification must match the name that the tickets are left under for Will Call to release the tickets.
If you are not the person whose name the tickets are left under, you must have a copy of that person's photo identification with a note stating that they release the tickets to you for the game, with their signature. Will Call is also the only place a guest may leave tickets to be picked up by another guest. For any further ticket information, please contact the Oakland Raiders Ticket Office at 1-800-RAIDERS. (See VIP Will Call for luxury suite tickets)
