​AC Transit

The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit) operates nine (9) bus routes that service the Coliseum BART Station. Effective March 25th, 2018, lines 45, 46, 46L, 73, 90, 98, 805, 646, and 657 serve the station. From the station, walk up to and across the BART bridge. ​Accessibility (ADA)

For accommodations, assistance, or questions prior to your visit, please contact our Guest Services Department at guestservices@raiders.com.

Parking:

Parking lots A, B, C, & D have specific spots reserved for guests who possess an ADA parking placard. Please note, the parking lots are currently sold out, therefore both an ADA parking placard and a valid game parking pass are required to enter the Coliseum parking lots. AEG provides shuttle service from the parking lots to the entry gates throughout the game. Shuttle pick up locations are marked with orange flags on lamp posts throughout the parking lots.  

Entry Gates:

All main gates are equipped with an ADA entry lane. Guests with disabilities may enter the stadium via an ADA security lane and be accompanied by up to three (3) companions.

Tickets:  

If you are interested in purchasing ADA seats to a specific Oakland Raiders home game or season tickets that require an ADA location, please call (510) 780-3213 to speak to a Ticket Services Representative.  

Gameday:

For day of game assistance or questions regarding accessibility services at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, please visit an Information Booth located inside Gate A, Gate, B, Gate C, and Gate D or the Oracle Arena Box Office. ​AEG Facilities

As the property manager, AEG provides complete facility management and maintenance for the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. AEG staff is available on gameday to address facility-related issues as well as lost and found. For assistance, please contact AEG directly at (510) 569-2121.

​Alcohol Policy

The following alcohol related policies are meant to help promote safe and responsible alcohol consumption at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum:

  • Alcohol is not permitted to enter or leave the facility
  • Impaired guests will be denied entry
  • All guests under the age of 30 will be required to show proof of age for alcohol purchase
  • There is a limit of two (2) alcoholic drinks per person, per transaction at all times
  • A guest may not purchase or be in possession of more than two (2) alcoholic beverages at any one time
  • Alcohol is not to be served to an impaired guest.
  • It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21, (each individual guest must have valid ID as proof they are 21 or older), to purchase or be in possession of alcoholic beverages.
  • Alcohol service for non-club members ends at the conclusion of halftime
  • Alcohol service in the clubs & suites concludes one hour post game, alcohol may not leave the club and suite areas during that time
  • Fans of a legal drinking age (21 years of age) can pledge to be a designated driver. For more information please see Designated Driver

​Amtrak Capitol Corridor

Amtrak’s Capitol Corridor provides commuter rail service from Auburn/Sacramento to Oakland/San José. On weekdays, ten (10) westbound and eight (8) eastbound trains make stops at the Oakland Coliseum-BART Station (OAC). On weekends, eight (8) westbound and seven (7) eastbound trains make stops at OAC. From OAC platform, walk up the Amtrak ramp to the BART pedestrian bridge. ​Animals

Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are permitted at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. Service animals are defined as dogs, miniature horses, and any other animal as required by applicable law. All other animals, including emotional support animals, are prohibited.

​Assistive Listening Devices (ALD)

Amplification devices are available at the First Aid Office at Section 109.

​Automatic Teller Machines (ATM)

ATMs are located throughout the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum in the following locations:

  • 100 Level concourse:  113, 120, 134, 141, 142
  • 200 Level concourse:  218, 238, 244
  • 300 Level concourse:  318
  • Inside the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum at Gate A, Gate B, Gate C, & Gate D
  • Outside the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum on the Plaza next to the West Side Club Entrance

​Automobile Assistance

AAA Automobile Club will be available every game to assist all guests with car problems. Guests should go to the North or South flag pole located outside the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum to meet AAA. Please note, there is only one truck on the premises. In the event the truck leaves to tow a car, it will not return to the property. AAA membership is not required for non-towing services. Bike Patrol officers are available in all main parking lots to assist guests in contacting AAA.

​Away Game Ticket Infomation

The Oakland Raiders do not sell tickets to games played on the road. For tickets contact the host club and venue directly for ticket availability, or check NFL Ticket Exchange for availability. Please note prices may exceed face value on NFL Ticket Exchange and that The Oakland Raiders are not responsible for tickets sold to any games at other NFL stadiums.

​Bag Check

Bag Check is located at the North and South Entrances of Oracle Arena. There is a $10.00 per bag check-in fee; accepting both cash and card. Upon checking your bag, you will receive a clear bag for the items smaller than 4.5” x 6.5” x 2” that you need to bring into the stadium. Proceeds from bag check will be donated to charity.

​Bag Policy

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into stadiums, NFL teams have implemented an NFL policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into stadiums.

The NFL Committee on Stadium Security unanimously recommended the implementation of the bag policy to enhance public safety and make access into the stadium easier. The Raiders, in conjunction with the other 31 NFL teams, strongly encourage fans not to bring in any type of bag into the stadium, unless they meet the following specifications:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" (Official NFL team logo clear plastic tote bags are available through Raider Image
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags, 4.5" x 6.5" x 2", with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags
  • An exception will be made for any necessary medical items after proper inspection at the entry gate

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags, and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.

​Banners and Signs

Management reserves the right to remove any signs or banners at any time. Signs and banners may be hung during Oakland Raiders games as long as:

  • They do not obstruct the sightline of another guest
  • They are not in the field of play
  • They do not cover up any existing signage
  • They are not commercial in nature
  • They do not contain obscene or inflammatory language
  • They are not paraded around the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum
  • They are not in poor taste as determined in sole discretion of Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Management or The Oakland Raiders

​BART

Access to the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum via the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) is available by exiting at Coliseum Station and crossing the pedestrian BART bridge. The station is served by the Dublin/Pleasanton—Daly City Line, the Richmond—Warm Springs/South Fremont Line, and the Warm Springs/South Fremont—Daly City Line. ​Bottles, Cans, & Beverage Containers

Bottles, cans, and hard-sided beverage containers of any kind are prohibited from entering the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. Empty soft-sided beverage containers are permitted. A search will be conducted at the entry gates to prevent these items from entering the stadium.

​Cameras & Videos

Hand-held binoculars and small still cameras with lenses less than 6" in length are permitted in the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. Video and movie cameras are not permitted in the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum without proper media credentials. Photos cannot be used for any commercial purpose. Camera bags and binocular cases are not permitted inside of Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. Click here to see the NFL Bag Policy for more information.

​Cellphones

Cellphones are allowed into the stadium as long as they do not interfere with other fans enjoyment of the game.

​Children's Ticket Policy

Children 24 months of age and under do not need a ticket to enter the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, provided that they are seated on a parent or guardian's lap and not interfere with the sightlines of others. Children must have a ticket to receive a promotional item.

​Closed Captioning

Closed Captioning is available on the north and south ribbon boards inside the stadium seating bowl for guest who wish to see the in-stadium announcements. Guests are also able to view closed captioning from any tablet or smart phone. To view visit mobilecap.net and type the word “guest” into the name field, followed by “1895” as the event ID number.

​Club Seats

Oakland–Alameda County Coliseum has two designated club areas.

  • West Side Club: Sections 210 - 224
  • East Side Club: Sections 235 – 249

Guest with tickets in these sections have access to both the Westside Club and the Eastside Club. All club seat guests must obtain a club wristband to access these areas. ​Code of Conduct

We want all fans to enjoy the action and excitement of Oakland Raiders football. We expect all who enter the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum and surrounding parking lots to adhere to this Code. Failure to follow this Code may result in ejection from the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, revocation of ticket privileges, and/or arrest. Although Season Ticket Members may provide their tickets to others, the account holder of record is responsible for the actions of those using their tickets.

The Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum parking lot will close to the following activities immediately after kick off:

  • Consumption or preparation of food or beverages
  • Use of televisions, computers or other devices to view or project broadcasts or video of any kind

Those participating in these activities are subject to ejection from the parking lot, revocation of game tickets, citation and/or arrest for trespassing. 

The following actions are prohibited:

  • Fighting, taunting, or any action that may harm, endanger, threaten, or bring discomfort to anyone.
  • Actions that impair others' ability to enjoy the game, including mistreatment of other fans, verbal abuse. harassment, profanity, confrontation, intimidation, or threatening and irresponsible behavior.
  • Use of foul, abusive, or obscene language or gestures.
  • Any action that causes a disruption, creates an unsafe environment, or interferes with the game.
  • Sitting in a seat other than one's ticketed seat; loitering in concourses, aisles, tunnels, stairs, or unauthorized areas of the stadium; or any unauthorized use of disabled seating areas.
  • Possession or consumption of any illegal drugs.
  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment or substance abuse that results in irresponsible behavior.
  • Smoking anywhere in the Coliseum, which is prohibited by the Oakland Municipal Code. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes and vaporizers.
  • Damage, destruction, vandalism, or theft of any property.
  • Refusal to remove or turn inside-out clothing deemed offensive or obscene upon request by stadium personnel.
  • Failure to follow the directions of law enforcement, security, ushers, ticket takers, or any other stadium personnel, including refusal to submit to security screening, wanding, pat-down, and search of your persons and belongings prior to entering the Coliseum.
  • Possession of any item listed on the Prohibited Items List.
  • Guests who are found in violation of the Code of Conduct may be required to take a four-hour online Fan Conduct course in order to re-enter the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum for future games. Total cost of the online course is $250.

​Code of Conduct Violations

All Code of Conduct violations are recorded on the ticket holder’s account. Smoking violations are subject to a warning. Non-smoking violations are subject to the National Football League (NFL) mandated Code of Conduct Course. Non-smoking violations include, but are not limited to:

  • Fighting/Disturbance
  • Excessive Intoxication
  • Profanity
  • Possession of Drugs or Illegal Substances
  • Failure to Follow the Instructions or Directions from Staff

Any further violations are automatically subject to the Code of Conduct Course and may result in the loss of ticket privileges.

​Coliseum Box Office

The Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Box Office is located northwest of the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum concourse, next to Gate D, and can be used by the general public to purchase single game tickets on game days, if there are any tickets are available.

  • Monday - Friday: 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • (Closed Sundays and Holidays unless there is a scheduled event.)

​Concessions

Spectra Food Services provides the food & beverage services throughout the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum including the Westside Club, the Eastside Club, and specialty catering for all Suites and Premium areas. Traditional stadium fare is offered at locations throughout the stadium.

​Concierge Desk

There are two concierge desks to accommodate our Suite and Club Seat Members. These desks are located at:

  • Westside Club, directly behind section 217
  • Eastside Club, directly behind section 242

All Suite Holders should check-in with the Concierge Desk for access to their suite.

Designated Driver Program

Help us create the most fan-friendly environment in the NFL by participating in the Designated Driver Program. Any guest who has a valid driver's license and is of legal drinking age is eligible to participate by pledging not to drink alcohol, drive their friends and family home safely, and ensure that everyone always buckles up. To sign up, visit one of the Information booths located inside Gate A, Gate B, Gate C, Gate D, or outside on the BART Plaza or Westside Plaza. Each game one winner will be selected to win Raiders memorabilia. All participants will be entered into the Responsibility Has Its Rewards Sweepstakes for a chance to win a trip to the Pro Bowl.

​Donate Your Tickets

The Oakland Raiders donate tickets to many worthy causes throughout the year. Call 1-800-RAIDERS to learn more about how you can request a ticket donation, or how you can donate your unused game tickets. Season Ticket Members may use their My Raiders Account to donate tickets they are unable to use. The deadline to donate tickets is 5:00 p.m. on the Monday prior to any home game.

​Ejection & Denied Entry

The Oakland Raiders, the National Football League, & AEG Facilities, in their sole discretion, may refuse admission to or eject any ticket holder who is disorderly, uses vulgar or abusive language, throws objects, fights, impairs others' ability to enjoy the game, attempts to enter the playing field, or who fails to comply with any Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum policies or the terms printed on the reverse side of any admission ticket without any refund.

Additionally, when appropriate, revocation of season ticket privileges or arrest by law enforcement authorities will occur. By using any admission ticket and entering the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, ticket holder expressly agrees to the terms and conditions printed on the reverse side of the ticket.

Please note that unauthorized sales activities of any kind are strictly prohibited within the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. Failure to comply will result in ejection.

​Elevators

West Side of the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum: Three (3) elevators allow guests with disabilities access to the club concourse. These elevators are accessed via the Plaza Club entrance, across from Oracle Arena.

East Side of the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum: Three elevators allow guests with disabilities access to all levels of the East Side structure, including the Plaza Suites, Plaza Reserved, East Side Club Suites and East Side Loge Suites. These elevators are accessed via the 100 Level concourse at Section 143 or from the BART Plaza.

Field Level Section: One elevator allowing access to the Field Level wheelchair accessible seats in row 20 is located at Section 101, next to Gate B. A Guest Services staff member is staffed at this location to assist guests. This elevator takes guests from the 100 Level concourse to the lower cross aisle between rows 20 and 21 of the Field Level sections.

​Emergencies

In case of an emergency please notify the nearest Usher or Security Guard, or visit an Information Booth located inside Gate A, Gate B, Gate C, or Gate D. To contact someone at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum on a game day, please call the AEG Office at (510) 569-2121.

​Evacuations

Should there be an immediate need to evacuate the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum; instructions will be given via the Public Address system. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the two exits nearest to your seats.

Exit & Re-Entry Policy

The Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum is a no re-entry facility. Once a guest has exited the facility, their ticket will not be valid for re-entry.

​Express Lanes

At each entry gate, there will be an express lane for guests who are entering the stadium without bags or purses.

Paramedics Plus is the First Aid provider for Raider home games. First Aid offices are located at the following locations:

​First Game & Birthday Buttons

The Oakland Raiders offer buttons for special occasions to children. Children can receive these items upon request at the Raider Kids Rookie Zones at Sections 202, 234, 310, and in Raiderville.

The buttons available are:

​First & Goal Program

The Raiders Foundation’s First & Goal program allows local youngsters and chaperones to attend a regular season home game at no cost. The Raiders provide local students with home game tickets, transportation, and meals.

​Gate Entry

​Gate Opening Times

  • Parking gates open five (5) hours prior to kickoff
  • Club and Suite Member gates open three (3) hours prior to kickoff
  • All other General Admission gates open two (2) hours prior to kickoff

​Hall of Fame Suite

The Hall of Fame Suite is a party suite that seats up to 96 guests. Drink tickets and a full food buffet are complimentary with the purchase of each ticket. This suite is located near the north end zone. Parking passes may also be included, depending on the number of tickets purchased. This is a perfect investment for those who cannot fill an entire Suite but have the desire to entertain.

Hearing aid services are provided at the First Aid Office located at Section 109.

An ASL interpreter can be requested for home games. To request an interpreter, please contact our Guest Services department at guestservices@raiders.com.

​Junior Raiderettes

The Junior Raiderettes program offers an opportunity for children to learn and perform alongside The Raiderettes in a non-competitive and exciting environment. Juniors, age 6-14, with all dance and cheerleading ability, are encouraged to participate - auditions are not required! Follow the link to get registration information and further program details.

​Laser Pointers

Laser pointers and similar items are prohibited. Anyone who is observed using a laser pointer will be ejected from the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum and the device will be confiscated. Any confiscated laser pointer may be turned over to law enforcement and will not be returned.

​Line-up Times

Vehicles are permitted to line-up outside parking gates seven (7) hours prior to kickoff. Overnight parking is prohibited by law.

​Lost or Damaged Tickets

Tickets should be secured in a safe place at all times. If you are a current Season Ticket Member and your tickets are lost or left at home, tickets can be reprinted pursuant to the following guidelines:

  • Valid identification must be presented and match the account holder of record for all re-printed tickets.
  • Tickets lost or left at home: A $10.00 per ticket fee will apply to all ticket re-prints. This fee is non-refundable.
  • Tickets can also be accessed on a mobile device free of charge.
  • Damaged Tickets: Re-prints will be provided at no charge if the original ticket is provided and verified by the Raiders Ticket Office.

​Lost and Found

AEG Facilities manages all lost and found from Raider games. The Lost and Found is located in the Security Office behind Section 126. After the game ends, lost and found items are temporarily stored in the AEG offices at Oracle Arena for up to 30 days. AEG will dispose of all items not reclaimed within that holding period. To inquire about a lost item, please call AEG at (510) 383-4660. This number is a hotline, voicemails will be answered within 24 business hours. The Oakland Raiders do not manage this hotline or the lost and found items.

​Lost Children and Persons

In the event of a lost child or lost person, please visit the nearest Information Booth or Security Office. Staff members at these locations will respond appropriately with the help of local law enforcement. The locations are as follows:

  • Security Office at Section 126

​Mobile Ticketing

​Noise Makers

Noise makers are prohibited inside the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum for any Oakland Raiders home game. Noise makers include cowbells, air horns, drums, and all items that serve as a distraction to game play or fans.

Notice of Search

To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guests and their belongings will be subject to a courteous security screening upon entry. Guests that refuse the search will not be admitted. By presenting your ticket or credential to the security staff, you are consenting to such inspections and waive any related claim that you may have against the Oakland Raiders, the City of Oakland, the NFL, AEG Facilities, or any of their respective affiliates or agents.

Help make the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum and parking lots an enjoyable environment for all fans, guests and tailgaters by observing these guidelines:

  • The Oakland Raiders’ Fan Code of Conduct will be enforced in all parking lots. Behavior prohibited by the Code of Conduct will not be tolerated in the parking lots. See Code of Conduct for further details
  • Pre-purchased parking passes are required for all Coliseum property parking lots. Cash or any other form of payment is not accepted at property gates
  • Overnight parking is prohibited
  • Line-up for early arriving vehicles will begin seven (7) hours prior to kickoff
  • By Oakland City Ordinance, all D.J. set-ups, bands, performances, and amplified noise or music are prohibited. This policy will be enforced by law enforcement and violations may result in confiscation of equipment and/or citations
  • Lewd and/or disruptive behavior in parking lots will not be tolerated
  • Failure to observe traffic, parking and behavior rules of attendants, law enforcement, and Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum personnel may result in revocation of ticket and parking privileges
  • Please observe all official barriers, fences, and dividers. Unauthorized removal of traffic control dividers is prohibited
  • All vehicles and pass holders must park where directed by Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum personnel and parking attendants
  • Parking spaces, including ADA accessible spaces, may not be reserved, held, or saved for any reason
  • Tailgating is limited to the area directly in front of or behind all vehicles
  • Tailgating in an open or unused parking space is prohibited
  • There is no parking in fire lanes, non-designated parking areas, or any restricted zones
  • Guests must use appropriate disposal receptacles for garbage, charcoal, and waste
  • Please observe the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Parking Lot speed limit of 10 mph

Parking Passes

  • Currently sold out for the 2018 season
  • Single game parking passes are available through the NFL TICKET EXCHANGE
  • Parking passes are only valid for the purpose of parking a vehicle
  • Parking passes do not entitle the pass holder to occupy a parking space for any reason, other than to park a vehicle
  • Parking passes can only be used for the lot designated on the pass
  • Parking passes cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed
  • Refunds will not be issued for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unused parking passes
  • Pass holders must enter through the designated Lot Entry Gate indicated on the back of the parking pass. Pass holders who attempt to enter through any Coliseum Lot other than that which is specified on their parking pass will be redirected to the correct gate

ADA & Accessible Parking

  • Accessible parking is available in A, B, C, and D Lots of the Coliseum
  • All accessible parking spaces require a valid ADA placard or plate
  • In the event that accessible parking is full, ADA placard or plate holders will be offered the next available parking space in the Reserved Parking Lots. ADA placards or plates alone do not grant access to Coliseum lots
  • Courtesy Shuttles are available to assist you in getting from the parking lot to the Coliseum entry gates

Oversized Vehicles

  • Oversized Vehicles, including RVs and Buses of any kind, must have a pre-purchased pass for the Oversized Vehicle Parking Lot
  • Oversized Vehicles are designated as vehicles longer than 20 feet. NO TRAILERS ALLOWED
  • RV/Bus Passes are available for purchase as a Season Pass or Single Game Pass
  • Oversized Vehicles must enter through the Oversized Vehicle Entry Gate (Baldwin Gate) indicated on the back of the parking pass
  • Vehicles that are shorter than 20 feet will not be permitted to park in the Oversized Vehicle Lot

Limousine

  • Limousine parking is $75.00 per game. Please contact The Oakland Raiders Ticket Office at 1-800-RAIDERS to pre-purchase your limousine parking pass

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags, 4.5" x 6.5" x 2", with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bag options
  • Food in clear plastic wrap
  • Small handheld TV's and radios
  • Binoculars (Binocular cases are not permitted inside the stadium)

All patrons and items entering the Coliseum are subject to search. Refusal of any guest cooperation will result in non-admittance into the Coliseum. The Raiderettes have been ambassadors for the Raiders Organization for more than 50 years. The squad is recognized world-wide, donning their traditional white boots and iconic silver & black uniform. In addition to entertaining fans at every home game, the Raiderettes work year-round in the community appearing at hundreds of charitable and corporate events per year. Raiderville

For the ultimate pre-game fan zone experience stop by Raiderville, presented by Bud Light, in Parking Lot B at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum.

The pre-game fan zone is open to the public 4 hours prior to kickoff during all regular season games and is expected to close 30 minutes prior to the start of the game.

​Raider Kids Rookie Zone

Every gameday, young fans and their families are welcome to participate in a variety of family friendly activities in the Raider Kids Rookie Zones. Located in Sections 202, 234, 310, and in Raiderville, each Kids Zone offers a different fun activity. Come test your skills at the Quarterback and Kicker Challenge, take a bounce in the Raiders helmet shaped inflatable, see how you measure up to the pros at the Kids Combine, and capture the day with a memento from the photo booth.

The Oakland Raiders offer buttons for special occasions for children. Children can receive these items upon request at the Raider Kids Rookie Zones at Sections 202, 234, 310, and in Raiderville.

Multiple ramps located throughout the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum provide access to various levels.

  • North Plaza ramp: Connects section 225 to section 324, providing access to and from the 200-level concourse and the 300-level concourse.
  • South Plaza ramp: Connects section 209 to section 310, providing access to and from the 200-level concourse and the 300-level concourse.
  • Gate C ramp: Connects Gate C/section 109 to section 200, providing access to and from the 100-level concourse and 200-level concourse.
  • Gate D ramp: Connects Gate D/section 125 to section 234, providing access to and from the 100-level concourse and 200-level concourse.

Security Offices are located at Section 126 and Section 148 on the 100 Level concourse. Offices open 30 minutes prior to Coliseum gate openings and remain open for one (1) hour after the game ends.

​Silent Auction

The Raiders Foundation hosts a game day silent auction for fans to bid on autographed Raiders memorabilia in the East Side Club at every Raiders home game. Silent bidding takes place during the games, and winners are notified before the end of the game so they can either take their prize with them or arrange for shipping that very day. A percentage of these proceeds go back to the Raiders Foundation.

​Smoking

Smoking anywhere in the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum is prohibited by the Oakland Municipal code. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes and vaporizers.

​Tailgating

Tailgating on Oakland-Alameda County property is permitted for a maximum of five (5) hours. Fans can begin tailgating five (5) hours prior to kickoff, however tailgating becomes prohibited at kickoff. Fans looking to tailgate on Coliseum property are required to possess a valid parking pass. Vehicles without a valid parking pass will not be allowed on property parking lots.

​Text Message Service

GuestAssist is a text messaging system available to all fans in attendance at Oakland Raiders home games. Fans can now report game day issues or concerns, as well as call for assistance, in a fast and convenient way with their mobile device.

To report any conduct concerns on gameday, text your message and location to (510) 500-8787. Stadium Personnel will confirm your message and respond as appropriate. Pictures and Videos are able to be sent into the text messaging system.

​Ticketmaster

Ticket forwarding allows Season Ticket Members to email or text their tickets to friends, family or clients if they can't attend a game. Simply log into your Account Manager from the Oakland Raiders App or your My Raiders Account to send your tickets. This technology is complementary to Season Ticket Members.

​Ticket Services/Raiders Game Day Box Office

The Season Ticket Services Office is located next to will call at the Arena Box Office.

​Will Call

Will Call is located at the ORACLE Arena Box Office, opening five (5) hours prior to kickoff and closing at the end of halftime.

Guests must show photo identification at Will Call in order to pick up tickets. The name on the photo identification must match the name under which the tickets are left for Will Call to release the tickets. Will Call is the only place a guest may leave tickets to be picked up by another guest.

If you are not the person whose name the tickets are left under, you must have a copy of that person's photo identification with a note stating that they release the tickets to you for the game, with their signature. ​Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are permitted inside the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, however there is no wheelchair storage or check-in location inside the stadium. Guest who require wheelchair accessible seating must purchase an ADA ticket prior to entering the stadium.
