ADA Entry

All gates at Allegiant Stadium are ADA Accessible. There will be one designated lane at each gate that is reserved for guests with disabilities.

ADA Seating

ADA accessible seating is available throughout Allegiant Stadium as depicted in the seating chart below. Tickets for accessible seating at Allegiant Stadium are available on Ticketmaster.com – the official ticketing partner of the Raiders and Allegiant Stadium.

Allegiant Stadium provides ADA seating areas comprised of accessible locations with immediately adjacent companion seating. Subject to availability, guests requiring accessible seating may purchase up to a total of three (3) companion seats in the same row and contiguous with the accessible seat.  If contiguous seats have already been sold, seats as close as possible to the accessible seat will be offered, if available. If the overall ticket limit is less than four (4) tickets per person for an event, then the lower ticket limit applies.

If you purchased a ticket in the fixed seating area but require an accessible seat, Guest Experience staff may be able to assist you by relocating your ticket to an ADA seating area. All relocations are provided on a first-come-first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Please contact the Box Office should you have any questions or require any assistance purchasing tickets. Tickets are subject to availability.

ADA Parking

Accessible Parking is available for guests at Allegiant Stadium. All accessible parking spaces require a valid ADA placard or a valid ADA license plate. If accessible parking is full, ADA placards or plate holders will be offered the next available parking space in the reserved parking lots. State-issued ADA placards or plates alone do not grant access to the Allegiant Stadium lots.

Auxiliary Aids and Services

Guests requiring auxiliary aids and services are asked to contact the Guest Experience Department by emailing guestexperience@raiders.com at least three weeks prior to the event. Complimentary hearing amplification devices are available at the Guest Experience Headquarters located on the main concourse near section 101. Guests must present a photo ID or valid driver’s license as a security deposit. Allegiant Stadium is committed to ensuring effective communication with guests at its events.
