Stadium Accessibility

​Assistive Listening System

The Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum is equipped with amplification devices. To check out an assistive listening device (ALD), please visit the First Aid Office at Section 109.

ATMs

ATMs are ADA accessible and are located throughout the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum in the following locations:

  • 100 Level concourse:  113, 120, 134, 141, 142
  • 200 Level concourse:  218, 238, 244
  • 300 Level concourse:  318
  • Inside the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum at Gate A, Gate B, Gate C, & Gate D

​Closed Captioning

Closed Captioning is available on the north and south ribbon boards inside the stadium seating bowl for guests who wish to see the in-stadium announcements. Guests are also able to view closed captioning from any tablet or smart phone. To view visit mobilecap.net and type the word “guest” into the name field, followed by “1895” as the event ID number.

​Companion Policy

The Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum permits guests with disabilities to be accompanied through the ADA accessible security lane with up to three (3) companions.

​Entry Gates

All main gates are equipped with an ADA entry lane. Guests with disabilities may enter the stadium via an ADA security lane and be accompanied by up to three (3) companions.

​Guest Services

The Oakland Raiders strive to create the best gameday experience for all guests. Questions or concerns related to the accessibility of the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum or about services provided can be directed to the Coliseum’s ADA Coordinator at (510) 383-4817 and TDD (510) 383-4619 or to the Guest Services Department at guestservices@raiders.com or at 510-780-3226.

For gameday assistance, please visit one of our six (6) Information Booths; four (4) located inside the stadium at Gate A, B, C, & D, and two (2) located outside the stadium on the Westside Plaza, BART Plaza. Guest Services staff members will be there to assist you.

​Elevators

West Side of the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum: Three elevators allow guests with disabilities access to the club concourse. These elevators are accessed via the Plaza Club entrance, across from Oracle Arena.

East Side of the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum: Three elevators allow guests with disabilities access to all levels of the East Side structure, including the Plaza Suites, Plaza Reserved, East Side Club Suites and East Side Loge Suites. These elevators are accessed via the 100 Level concourse at Section 143 or from the BART Plaza.

Field Level Section: One elevator allowing access to the Field Level wheelchair accessible seats in row 20 is located at Section 101, next to Gate B. A Guest Services staff member is staffed at this location to assist guests. This elevator takes guests from the 100 Level concourse to the lower cross aisle between rows 20 and 21 of the Field Level sections.

​Hearing Aid Services

Hearing aid services are provided at the First Aid Office located at Section 109.

​Interpreter

An ASL interpreter can be requested for home games. To request an interpreter, please contact our Guest Services department at guestservices@raiders.com.

​Parking

Parking lots A, B, C, & D have specific spots reserved for guests who have an ADA parking placard. Please note, the parking lots are currently sold out, therefore both an ADA parking placard and a valid game parking pass are required to enter the Coliseum parking lots. AEG provides shuttle service from the parking lots to the entry gates throughout the game. Shuttle pick up locations are marked with orange flags on lamp posts throughout the parking lots.

​Ramps

Multiple ramps located throughout the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum provide access to various levels.

  • North Plaza ramp: Connects section 225 to section 324, providing access to and from the 200-level concourse and the 300-level concourse.
  • South Plaza ramp: Connects section 209 to section 310, providing access to and from the 200-level concourse and the 300-level concourse.
  • Gate C ramp: Connects Gate C/section 109 to section 200, providing access to and from the 100-level concourse and 200-level concourse.
  • Gate D ramp: Connects Gate D/section 125 to section 234, providing access to and from the 100-level concourse and 200-level concourse.

​Restrooms

Restrooms in the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum are equipped with ADA accessible stalls. Restrooms are located at the following sections:

Women's Restrooms:

  • 100 Level concourse: 107, 112, 122, 127, 135, 139, 147,148
  • 200 Level concourse: 208, 210, 215, 216, 219, 224, 226, 238 & 247
  • 300 Level concourse: 315, 319

Men's Restrooms:

  • 100 Level concourse: 104, 110, 124, 131, 138, 139, 147
  • 200 Level concourse: 206, 210, 220, 224, 228, 237 & 248
  • 300 Level concourse: 314, 320

​Service Animals

Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are permitted at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. Service animals are defined as dogs, miniature horses, and any other animal as required by applicable law.

​Wheelchair

Wheelchair accessible seats are available at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. To purchase a wheelchair accessible seat, please call (510) 780-3213 to speak to a Ticket Services Representative. Please note, the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum does not have wheelchair service or storage.
