One of the few constants in the NFL is change.

Head Coach Jack Del Rio said himself during his season-ending press conference that on average, 25 percent of the roster turns over from year to year; such is the business of professional football.

As the Raiders inch through the offseason and prepare for the new league year to begin, the Silver and Black have 13 players scheduled to become unrestricted free agents, and one set to become a restricted free agent.

Free agency officially kicks off this Thursday, March 9 at 1 p.m. PT, but as of today at 9 a.m. PT, impending unrestricted free agents can begin negotiating with any team they choose.

Let's take a look at each of those players that are scheduled to hit free agency for the Silver and Black.

Hayden was originally selected in the first round (No. 12 overall) in the 2013 NFL Draft.

In his four seasons as a Raider, Hayden has appeared in 45 games, with 25 starts. The former Houston Cougar shifted into the role of the primary nickel cornerback in 2016, appearing in 11 games before he was placed on the Reserve/Injured list December 3.

Wide Receiver Andre Holmes

Holmes joined the Silver and Black after the team claimed him via waivers in May 2013, after stops with the Minnesota Vikings, Dallas Cowboys, and the New England Patriots.

Since touching down in the Bay Area, Holmes has caught 100 passes for 1,451 yards, and 12 touchdowns, even leading the Silver and Black with 693 receiving yards in 2014.

In addition to his work on the offensive side of the football, Holmes has been a mainstay on the Raiders special teams units as well; in 2016, Holmes ranked third on the team with nine special teams tackles, as well as one fumble recovery.

Quarterback Matt McGloin

McGloin signed with the Silver and Black as an undrafted free agent in 2013 after wrapping up his career at Penn State.
