The Oakland Raiders Alameda, Calif., practice facility is filled with energy this week as the players are in the building for the second week of the Offseason Workout Program.
While Phase I consists almost exclusively of strength and conditioning work, and Derek Carr and Co., are still a ways away from actually getting back on the field to run routes and go through drills, we have learned the jersey numbers that the team's new signees will be wearing, as well as a few changes for players on the team last year.
