The Oakland Raiders are back at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, and the spotlight will be on as the team hosts the Los Angeles Rams on Monday Night Football to kickoff the regular season.
Head Coach Jon Gruden is making his official return to the sidelines, and he’ll be facing a former pupil of his in Rams Head Coach Sean McVay. It’ll be their first time competing as foes, and even though they’re close family friends off the field, it’s all business when the game starts.
After playing in just two games in 2017, former first-round pick Gareon Conley is healthy and ready to play in the home opener. Gruden and the coaching staff have high hopes for Conley this season, and they’ll need him to step up in 2018 if the defense wants to take a step forward.
While Conley is back in action, let’s take a look at the players who are on tonight’s inactive list.
Defensive Lineman Tank Carradine
Tackle T.J. Clemmings
Wide Receiver Brandon LaFell
Tackle Justin Murray
Defensive Tackle Brian Price
Cornerback Nick Nelson
Running Back DeAndré Washington
