ROKiT Phones Named Official Phone of the Las Vegas Raiders and Allegiant Stadium
Los Angeles, Calif. - ROKiT Phones, creators of glasses-free 3D smartphones, has become the Official Phone of the Las Vegas Raiders and a Founding Partner of Allegiant Stadium. In celebration of the announcement, ROKiT Phones took over Roman Plaza at the iconic Las Vegas resort Caesars Palace and treated unsuspecting Raiders fans and onlookers to a surprise of a lifetime.
The Roman Plaza was bustling with people walking to and from the Las Vegas Strip. Curiosity struck onlookers when a phone started ringing loudly from a red British telephone booth placed within the plaza. Intrigue fueled passersby to answer the mysterious call and they were ultimately shocked when they found out Raiders safety Johnathan Abram and defensive end Maxx Crosby were on the line. Abram, Crosby and the Raiderettes further stunned fans in person as they exited the telephone booth to hand them a series of money-can't-buy Raiders experiences. ROKiT Phones were loaded with a year's subscription to ROKiT Life Services, which includes a 24-hour virtual medical visit. The players and cheerleaders interacted with their fans by dancing with them, playing trivia and signing autographs – a few reactions were caught on video.
"We're delighted ROKiT is the official phone of the Las Vegas Raiders," said Jonathan Kendrick, co-founder of ROKiT Phones. "The team will attract audiences from all over the world and provide us with the perfect platform to educate people about our glasses-free 3D smartphones and services, available at disruptively low prices as well as our must-have life services packages."
As a people-first company, ROKiT Phones will be giving back to fans by offering incredible access to the team by giving away year-round experiences such as season tickets, passes, VIP access and Allegiant Stadium tours. In addition, ROKiT Phones will be enhancing the fans game day experience throughout the season by hosting competitions to win access to the ROKiT Field Club, a state-of-the-art 13,000-square-foot hospitality lounge at Allegiant Stadium situated on the 50-yard line. The club will give guests an exclusive view of the Raiders running out to the field as well as an immersive experience into the world of ROKiT phones and services.
"The Raiders welcome ROKiT Phones as the newest Founding Partner of Allegiant Stadium," said Raiders President Marc Badain. "We look forward to offering our fans and guests the numerous elevated fan experiences that this partnership with ROKiT will provide."
ROKiT branding and commercial messaging will be integrated across all Raiders media channels including broadcast, digital, mobile, social and print assets. Included in the partnership ROKiT Phones will become the presenting sponsor of the Raiders mobile app and will co-produce an exciting new Raiders digital series.
Similarly, ROKiT will have the ability to use team marks and player imagery in company marketing efforts and players will wear practice jerseys that sport the company's logo.
As an extension of their shared interest in supporting the community, the Raiders and ROKiT Phones will partner on a wide array of community initiatives. Efforts will surround the football team's game day activations, player visits and product donations, amongst other forms of support.
