2024 Raiderettes Auditions

The Raiders are searching for enthusiastic and talented candidates for their renowned public relations and entertainment team - The Raiderettes.

Become a part of the prestigious Raiders by auditioning for the 2024 Raiderettes professional cheerleading team. Raiderettes practices will be held in Las Vegas, NV for the 2024 football season. If selected to be a member of the team, your duties as a Raiderette will require you to attend all home games, which may require traveling, as well as appearances throughout Nevada. Audition Information

The deadline for submitting applications for the Raiderettes Auditions is April 1st at 5:00 p.m.

Then Raiderettes Open Casting Call, which is a video submission, is scheduled for April 8th to April 15th. Applicants will receive video choreography instructions and are required to submit their videos by April 15th at 9:00 a.m. for consideration for Callbacks.

Notification emails for those advancing to the Callbacks stage will be sent on April 21st. Those invited to Callbacks will undergo in-person auditions on Sunday, April 28th.

Registration commences at 8:00 a.m., followed by auditions starting promptly at 9:00 a.m. The announcement of Semi-Finalists will also take place on the same day.

Semi-Finals, spanning from April 30th to May 2nd, will culminate in the Finals on May 4th, 2024, during which the 2024-2025 Raiderettes team will be revealed.

Please note that all dates and events are subject to change at the discretion of the Las Vegas Raiders organization.

Auditions include an evaluation of dance ability, and public speaking and overall presentation. Be prepared to share your enthusiasm and showcase your personality. We will be offering prep classes prior to auditions. To register for our prep clinics, visit raiderettesthestudio.com/events.

You must be 21 years of age or older by the date of Preliminary Auditions.

You must be available to attend all home games, special appearances throughout the season, and all team practices. Practices are three to four times a week and begin immediately following Final Auditions:

May-January
Tuesday 6:30-10:00 p.m.
Wednesday 6:30-10:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00-10:30 a.m.
Additional rehearsals for special events

You must be able to attend all photo shoots, media days, minicamp, and rehearsals.

If selected as a Raiderette, you may not cheer for any other professional or collegiate team.

Judging is based on poise, personality, talent, and dance ability.

  • Represent the iconic Raiders brand.
  • Perform before sold-out home game crowds.
  • Opportunities for exposure through various media, corporate, community, and charity events.
  • Opportunities to travel abroad.
  • You must pre-register for participation in the audition process.
  • Recommended attire for Preliminaries is athletic attire, appropriate workout outfit, or dance attire.
  • Recommended attire for interviews is business attire.
  • Employment as a Raiderette is part-time, less than 30 hours per week. Raiderettes are paid for all game days, rehearsals, appearances, and events, as well as any applicable overtime.
