Ansley Moore enters her third season with the Raiders and her first as Coordinator of Team Operations & Family Affairs. In her current role, Ansley assists in the day-to-day operations of the team and support of the players. She also oversees the Football Family Program and involvement of players, coaches, and support staff families. Her career with the Raiders began as a Football Operations Assistant. Prior to joining the Raiders, she served as a Sports Agent Intern with a national NFL agency. She has served as an advocate for young women in professional football through her participation and leadership in the NFL Women's Careers in Football Forum for the last three years. In addition, she worked as a Football Operations Intern at the University of Colorado at Boulder.  

A native of Atlanta, Moore earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University. While attending Auburn, she worked for the Tigers football team as a student manager for three seasons under Head Coach Gus Malzahn.
