Manager of Coaching Operations


Henry Schneider enters his eighth NFL season and his fifth with the Las Vegas Raiders. He was named Manager of Coaching Operations in 2022 after one year as Football Operations Coordinator and two years as Football Operations Assistant. Schneider works directly with VP of Football Operations/Assistant to the Head Coach and assists with several aspects of Coach McDaniels' agenda, including day-to-day Football Operations, football calendar, NFL Combine & Owners Meetings logistics, Coaches Pro Day travel, the Bill Walsh Fellowship Program, all coaching administration needs, football liaison regarding all building events, and the NFL Gameday Technology liaison. Prior to joining the Raiders, Schneider spent two separate seasons with the Seattle Seahawks (2018 & 2016) and one season with the Miami Dolphins (2017).  

Schneider earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science and his master's degree in sport management from the University of Alabama. He worked for four seasons (2012-2015) as a student manager for the Alabama Crimson Tide football program under the direction of Head Coach Nick Saban. The Crimson Tide won two National Championships, three SEC Championships, and made two appearances in the College Football Playoff during his tenure. He lettered in football, basketball, and golf at Dougherty Valley High School in San Ramon, Calif. Schneider is a native of the Dallas-Fort Worth area and currently resides in Henderson, Nev.
