Klint Kubiak was named Head Coach of the Las Vegas Raiders on Feb. 9, 2026, joining the Silver and Black after serving as the offensive coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks' 2025 championship campaign. Kubiak enters his 13th season in the NFL and 17th overall in the professional and collegiate coaching ranks.
