Celebrating Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month

We are proud to celebrate Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month—a time to honor the long-lasting contributions, cultural traditions, and achievements of the AAPI community.

The Las Vegas Raiders stand in solidarity with the AAPI community, uplifting the stories, legacies, and voices that continue to inspire and connect us.

Gear Up Maui

The Gear Up Maui event welcomed Hawaii-based students and employees for a cultural and career exploration experience with the Las Vegas Raiders. The visit began with a traditional Oli/Mele, followed by team introductions, an inspirational message, and a panel discussion. Guests then toured the facilities, participated in a group photo, and received parting gifts, leaving with a deeper connection to the Raiders' culture and commitment to community.

PACIFIC ASIAN COMMUNITY OF EQUALITY

P.A.C.E. is an employee resource group for all full-time Asian-American and Pacific Islander employees and allies within the Raiders organization. The purpose of P.A.C.E. is to advocate for AAPI diversity, equity and inclusion by creating a supportive and inclusive community.

P.A.C.E. strives to create a space where the Raiders AAPI community and its allies can gather, celebrate, foster understanding, and bring awareness to the different cultural backgrounds while forming meaningful relationships that support professional and personal growth.
