What are you most proud of?
I am the most proud of my resilience. I always dreamed of joining a dance team, but did not have the opportunity to do so in college. I auditioned for many different teams, and unfortunately faced a lot of rejection along the way. After constantly being told "no," I began to doubt myself as a dancer; it was scary to even consider auditioning for another team. But I knew, deep down, that my dream was to be on a professional team, so I kept pushing toward my first "yes," which was the Raiderettes. If I had let rejection deter me, I would not be where I am today.

Most memorable moment as a Raiderette:
My most memorable moment as a Raiderette was putting on the uniform for the first time. I remember looking at myself in the mirror, and feeling emotional. After years of rejection, putting on the uniform was the moment where all my hard work and dedication came to fruition. The Raiderettes have such an iconic uniform, and to be able to wear the uniform and represent the 60 years of Raiderettes that came before me is such an honor.

Favorite Raiderettes appearance:
My favorite Raiderettes appearance was the Pop Symphonic Performance with the Raiders House Band at The Smith Center. Growing up a competitive dancer and later majoring in dance in college, some of my favorite memories are of performing on a stage. The Raiderettes mostly dance on a football field, so to have the opportunity to perform on a stage, with a live orchestra, at an iconic venue like The Smith Center, was truly an unforgettable experience.
