Biography

What is your profession?

I am a pediatric registered nurse.

How many years have you been on the team?

This is my third season on the team!

Where are you from?

San Diego, CA

What makes you YOU!

What makes me "me" is my deep love for caring for others, especially children and infants! Being a nurse allows me to combine my passion for caring for others with my love for building trusting and nurturing relationships with my patients and their families. It is incredibly rewarding being a pediatric registered nurse and playing a small part in helping my patients heal, grow, and thrive. I'm so grateful to have a career that allows me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

What's your favorite thing about Vegas?

My favorite thing about Vegas is how much it has to offer! There is always something new to see, eat, or experience! Whether it's trying a new coffee shop or restaurant, catching an entertaining show, or just exploring a different part of the city, you're never short on things to do. I love that Vegas brings constant excitement while also providing so many opportunities to connect with and be involved in the community.

Favorite quote?

"Always do better than your best." This is a quote my dad has shared with me throughout my life, and it has always reminded me to continue challenging myself, show up better than I did the day before, and strive to become the best version of myself. It is a simple reminder that there is always room to grow.

What are your future aspirations?

My future aspirations are to work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at my dream children's hospital. After gaining several years of experience in the NICU, I plan to return to school to pursue an advanced nursing degree and become a Nurse Practitioner (NP). My long-term goal is to specialize as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, allowing me to continue my passion for caring for premature and critically ill newborns while fostering meaningful relationships with my patients and their families.
