Haley Roberts enters her third season in the NFL and second with the Las Vegas Raiders. In her role, Roberts works with all position groups throughout the roster with a focus on strength training. Her responsibilities also include managing performance data and assisting the athletic training staff in transitioning players back from injury into participation.
In 2025, Roberts supported a department that produced two Pro Bowlers in DE Maxx Crosby and TE Brock Bowers. Crosby's selection was his fifth-straight Pro Bowl nod as he finished the season with 73 tackles (45), a career-high 28 tackles for loss and 10.0 sacks. TE Brock Bowers earned his second-straight Pro Bowl selection and finished with 680 yards and seven touchdowns. Roberts also helped the rookie draft class transition to the NFL as they accounted for 47 total starts, with RB Ashton Jeanty earning PFWA All-Rookie honors after leading all rookies in rushing yards (975) and scrimmage yards (1,321).
Prior to joining the Raiders, Roberts spent two seasons with the Tennessee Titans as a sports performance assistant. She previously worked in college athletics and had stints at Sam Houston State University, University of North Alabama and UNLV. In addition to football, she led programs for women's basketball, softball, soccer, bowling, tennis, and volleyball.
PERSONAL: Roberts is a Las Vegas native and received her bachelor's degree from UNLV in Kinesiology in fall 2019 and her masters of science in health and human performance from Sam Houston State University by way of thesis in fall 2023…She is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
