Ryan Paganetti is entering his 1st season with the Las Vegas Raiders as Head Coach Research Specialist. Prior to joining the Raiders, he worked as Director of Football Analytics for the Jacksonville Jaguars from 2022-2025. Paganetti began his career with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2015, working in a variety of analytics and coaching roles over six seasons, and ultimately serving as Assistant Linebackers/Game Management Coach. A Bedford, Massachusetts native, Ryan earned a degree in Economics from Dartmouth College in 2014.
