Biography
Tevin Duncan enters his second season with the Las Vegas Raiders and his first as assistant strength and conditioning.
In 2025, he supported both performance and nutrition operations, serving as a Nutrition Assistant while also contributing as a Strength and Conditioning Intern. In this dual role, he worked with athletes across all position groups, with an emphasis on strength development for the Silver and Black. His responsibilities included practice and game day fueling, implementing hydration strategies, and assisting with performance testing. Prior to joining the Raiders, Duncan spent three years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach working with a wide range of teams, including women's soccer, men's and women's swimming, bowling, and lacrosse.
PERSONAL: Duncan earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Public Health, with a concentration in Nutrition, from Georgia Southern University...He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is a Registered Dietitian (RD), licensed in the state of Nevada.
