Ashley Smith is entering her fourth season with the Las Vegas Raiders and second as the Media Relations Assistant. She originally joined the Raiders as a media relations gameday representative during the team's inaugural season in Las Vegas (2020.) 

Smith was born in Los Angeles and raised in the Las Vegas Valley. She attended high school at Shadow Ridge where she earned a scholarship to play volleyball at the University of Kansas. In 2019, she graduated with a degree in communications with a minor in business. Smith currently lives in North Las Vegas, Nev., where her parents, Nathaniel and Zenith and two sisters, Alysha and Arianna also reside.
