Ashley Smith is entering her sixth season with the Las Vegas Raiders and first as a Senior Communications Coordinator. She originally joined the Silver and Black during the team's inaugural season in Las Vegas as a media relations gameday representative (2020-21) before serving as the media relations assistant in 2022.

Smith was born in Los Angeles and raised in Las Vegas. She earned a scholarship to play volleyball at the University of Kansas where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in communications with a minor in business.
