Chesney McClellan is entering her second season with the Las Vegas Raiders and first as Manager of Player and Family Engagement. In her current role, McClellan coordinates the Raiders' Football Family Program and assists in the day-to-day operations of player engagement.

Prior to joining the Silver and Black, she worked as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting at East Carolina University in 2023. She entered the NFL with the Tennessee Titans in scouting and operations after being named the 2022 Amy Adams Strunk Women in Football intern.

A native of Knoxville, Tenn., McClellan earned a volleyball scholarship to Auburn University where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in education, rehabilitation and disability studies in 2021. She earned her master's degree in sport administration from Belmont University in 2023.
