Craig Norgren is entering his third season with the Las Vegas Raiders. Norgren assists the coaching staff with all video-related needs, ranging from editing practice and game film to providing cutups for players and coaches to study. Prior to joining the Raiders, Norgren worked on the Arizona Cardinals video staff for 13 seasons (2012-2024).

Norgren grew up in Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University. He currently lives in Henderson, Nev., with his wife and two dogs.
