Danny Molina enters his 24th season with the Raiders, having served over two decades on the Silver and Black's equipment staff. Molina, who joined the Raiders in 2000, facilitates and manages equipment services for the team, coordinating daily practice itineraries and supervising practice preparation and presentation. He manages locker room set up and sideline logistics for all games, including the inventory, packing and management of essential football materials for road contests. Molina served as the Raiders' field manager from 2004-12, overseeing field operations for all football-related activities, and was an assistant equipment manager for the Frankfurt Galaxy of NFL Europe during the 2000 season.
A native of Oxnard, Calif., Molina lettered four years in basketball and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminology and criminal justice from California Lutheran University. He was named Cal Lutheran's Student of the Year as a senior. Molina and his wife, Yume, have one son, La'ikū.
