Erin Rauhauser is entering her 11th season with the Las Vegas Raiders and her seventh as Vice President, Community Relations. Since relocation to Las Vegas in 2020, the Raiders' community relations department has impacted over 100,000 community members and facilitated the donation of millions of dollars into the Las Vegas community through various programs.
Previously, Rauhauser served as the team's Director of Community Relations for two seasons. She was a Community Relations Coordinator for one year after joining the Silver and Black as a Community Relations and Player Engagement Intern in 2013. Prior to coming to the Raiders, she worked in the non-profit field with organizations that served the Bay Area, focusing on workforce development and food security.
A Southern California native, Rauhauser earned a bachelor's degree in history with a concentration in the Americas and Africa at UC Santa Cruz. She currently resides in Henderson, Nev., with her husband, Nate, and two children, Elliot and Barrett.
