Biography

Jade Capristo enters her fourth season with the Raiders and her first as Communications Manager. She started her public relations career as a gameday staffer for the Silver and Black media relations department while the team was in Oakland in 2018 and went on to work for several professional sports teams in the greater Los Angeles Area including the Los Angeles Angels, Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Kings before rejoining the Raiders in a full-time capacity in 2022.

In her current role, Capristo serves as a primary media contact for players and coaches, providing strategy, guidance and execution for media appearances throughout the year. She also manages the entire editorial and printing process for the GameDay Magazine, producing the largest and most in-depth game-specific fan publication in the National Football League on a weekly basis. In that role, she collaborates regularly with several business operations departments, including corporate partnerships, game entertainment, stadium operations and creative. Capristo initiated, developed, and oversaw the inaugural Las Vegas Raiders Sports Communications Student Seminar, the organization's only in-house, department-specific local student outreach event. She also oversees the department's daily news clips program in addition to a myriad of writing, editing and media services duties.

Capristo was born in New York City and raised in Huntington Beach, Calif. She attended San Francisco State University and earned her bachelor's degree in sports communications and broadcast journalism. She currently resides in Las Vegas.
