Joe Harrington enters his sixth season with the Raiders, having joined the Silver and Black prior to the 2018 season. Harrington manages the entirety of the team's technology needs, directing video and digital support for Raiders' practices, games, meetings and team functions.
Harrington came to the Raiders after serving 27 years at the University of Tennessee as the Vols' sports technology coordinator. At Tennessee, he designed and implemented state of the art technology in the Anderson Training Center and the College Sports Video Association named him the SEC Video Coordinator of the Year four times (1997, 1998, 2003 and 2016). He was named national Filmer of the Year in 2016.
A native of Camillus, N.Y., Harrington graduated from Tennessee in 1990 with a degree in communications. He and his wife, Tammy, have three children: Connor, Abigail and Hayden Jane.
