John Hill enters his seventh season with the Raiders and his third as a Southeast Area Scout. He previously served as a pro scout from 2019-21 and as West Coast Area Scout in 2022. Prior to his time with the Silver and Black, Hill spent three seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles (2016-19) as a scouting assistant and pro scouting coordinator.

A native of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., Hill graduated from Princeton University in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in politics and economics. He also was a three-year starting cornerback for the Tigers and an All-Ivy League sprinter on the track and field team. Hill and his wife, Taylor, have one son (John).
