Michael Crome

Biography

Michael Crome is in his sixth season as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the franchise's financial operations, retail, analytics, and technology functions. Crome also previously served as Executive Sponsor for B.A.S.E.D. In Sports, the franchise's African American Employee Resource Group.

Before joining the Raiders, Crome was a partner at private equity firm Sorelle Capital and held senior finance roles at Pinnacle Entertainment and Caesars Entertainment, and began his career as a consultant at Accenture.

Crome was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco's Los Angeles Branch, having previously served on the institution's Economic Advisory Council. He also serves as a Governor-appointed member of the Nevada Economic Forum, as an independent director on the board of Goodwrx, and as a board member of the University of Akron Foundation, the Vegas Chamber of Commerce, and Communities in Schools of Nevada. He previously served as Chairman of the Board for Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada and is a recipient of the organization's Gold Leadership Award.

A Columbus, Ohio, native, Crome earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Akron and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, where he also participated in an exchange program at the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India. Crome and his wife, Chaka, have one daughter, Brie. An avid distance runner, he completed the World Marathon Challenge — seven marathons on seven continents in seven consecutive days — finishing 12th overall.
