Biography
Michael Crome, now in his fifth season as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for the Las Vegas Raiders, brings over two decades of leadership experience across finance, operations, technology, and analytics.
Prior to joining the Silver & Black, Crome was a partner at private equity firm Sorelle Capital. He also held executive finance roles at Pinnacle Entertainment and Caesars Entertainment. He began his career as a business strategy consultant with Accenture, working across industries including automotive, government, telecommunications, and retail/e-commerce.
A Columbus, Ohio native, Crome earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Akron and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. As a graduate student, he spent a semester in Hyderabad, India studying the dynamics of doing business in one of the world's largest and most complex economies.
Crome serves as an independent director on the board of Goodwrx, Inc., and also sits on the boards of Communities in Schools of Nevada, the Vegas Chamber of Commerce, and the University of Akron Foundation. He was appointed by the Governor to the Nevada Economic Forum and currently serves on the Economic Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. He previously served as Chairman of the Board for Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada.
Crome and his wife, Chaka, have one daughter, Brie. An avid distance runner, he completed the World Marathon Challenge—seven marathons on seven continents in seven days.
