Piper is entering her second season with the Las Vegas Raiders. As Vice President of Government Relations, Piper operates at the intersection of policy, sports, and economic development. She leads the club's legislative efforts at the local, state, and federal levels advancing initiatives that engage stakeholders around the organization's strategic business priorities.  

Since her youth in Alaska and her 25 years here in Nevada, volunteering for the betterment of her community has always been a priority. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Opportunity 180. She is an active member of the Las Vegas Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Inc., having served as Program Director, Corresponding Secretary, and lead Teen Advisor. Piper is a member of the Palo Verde High School Organizing Team, the Urban Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee, and a proud member of the Hampton University Alumni Association.  

Piper is married to Jason White, and they have two children, Torrance and Taryn.
