Piper has been with the Las Vegas Raiders for three seasons. As Senior Vice President of Government & Community Relations, Piper operates at the intersection of policy, sports, and community. She leads the club's legislative efforts at the local and state levels advancing initiatives that engage stakeholders around the organization's strategic business priorities. Piper also oversees the Raiders' community outreach efforts, philanthropic giving, and football development initiatives.

Since her youth, volunteering for the betterment of her community has always been a priority for Piper. She currently serves on the board of several local committees and is an active member of multiple nonprofit organizations. Piper is a proud alumna of Hampton University and the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
