Piper Overstreet-White is entering her fifth season with the Las Vegas Raiders, serving as Senior Vice President of Government & Community Relations. In this role, she oversees the organization's government relations, community relations, football development, and sustainability efforts.

Piper leads the club's local and state legislative strategy and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders across Nevada and beyond. She is responsible for developing and executing community impact initiatives aligned with both NFL and Raiders priorities, while advising executive leadership on political risk, public policy, and long-term community engagement strategy.

A longtime Southern Nevada resident, Piper has lived in the region since the late nineties. She earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hampton University.

She resides in Las Vegas with her husband, Jason, and their two children, Torrance and Taryn.
