Ron Connolly is entering his fourth season with the Las Vegas Raiders and his second as Director of Security. Before assuming his current role, he served as a member of the security travel team. Connolly originally joined the Raiders in 2020 for the inaugural season in Las Vegas. In his current position, he assists with managing the day-to-day security of the training facility and oversight of security at Allegiant Stadium. Additionally, he performs the security advance and coordination responsibilities for all team travel during the football season.
Connolly is originally from New York and served as a Detective with the New York City Police Department for 20 years. In 2011, he retired and relocated to Las Vegas. Before joining the Raiders, he managed corporate security and conducted corporate investigations for a fortune 500 gaming company. Ron currently resides in Las Vegas with his wife Kim and their two sons, Karrison and Ryan.
