Will Kiss enters his 19th season with the Raiders and his 14th as head of the organization's communications and public relations department. A veteran of over two decades in athletic communications, Kiss oversees and facilitates the execution of the team's media policy and overall internal and external communications strategies, bridging storytelling and promotion opportunities between football and business operations, and serving as the franchises' primary media contact.

Kiss has been invited by the NFL to serve on the league's public relations staff for three Super Bowls and six Pro Bowls and has managed communications efforts for six international games during his time with the Raiders. He served on the Media and Public Relations Committee for Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas. In 2024, the Raiders' communications department was named as a finalist for the PFWA's Rozelle Award, presented annually to the NFL's top public relations staff, for the first time in the award's history.

Prior to joining the Raiders, Kiss spent several years in collegiate athletics. He served as the assistant director of communications at the West Coast Conference and was a media relations assistant at Stanford, the nation's most successful Division I intercollegiate athletic program.

Kiss graduated from the University of San Francisco with both bachelor's and master's degrees. He volunteers with several San Francisco-based community organizations and initiatives. Kiss is married to Dr. Katie Kiss, who is the Associate Superintendent of Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of Las Vegas. They have two children, Jeanette, a senior at the University of Mississippi, and Owen.
