Will Kiss

Vice President, Communications

Biography

Will Kiss enters his 18th season with the Raiders and his 13th as head of the organization's communications and public relations department. A veteran of over two decades in athletic communications, Kiss oversees and facilitates the execution of the team's media policy and overall internal and external communications strategies, while serving as the primary media contact for both football and business operations.

Kiss has managed communications efforts for six international games and has been invited by the NFL to serve on the league's public relations staff for three Super Bowls and six Pro Bowls. He served on the Media and Public Relations Committee for Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas. Last season, the Raiders' communications department was named as a finalist for the PFWA's Rozelle Award, presented annually to the NFL's top public relations staff, for the first time in the award's history.

Prior to joining the Raiders, Kiss spent five years in collegiate athletics. He served as the assistant director of communications at the West Coast Conference and was a media relations assistant at Stanford, the nation's most successful Division I intercollegiate athletic program.

Kiss graduated from the University of San Francisco with both bachelor's and master's degrees. He volunteers with several San Francisco-based community organizations and initiatives. Kiss and his wife, Dr. Katie Kiss, have two children, Jeanette, a junior at the University of Mississippi, and Owen.
