Mobile Wallet Step-By-Step Guide

Please ensure your device software is up to date to access your mobile wallet.

If you are signed in correctly, your Mobile Wallet QR code should already be visible in the Season Ticket Member Hub in the account section of your app.

*Experiencing issues accessing your mobile wallet?

*Log out of both your Raiders and Ticketmaster accounts. Then, log back into your Ticketmaster account first, followed by your Raiders account. Once logged in, connect the accounts, and the mobile wallet should become visible.

Logging Into Your STM Account

Step 1

Open the Raiders + Allegiant Stadium App and tap on ACCOUNT on the bottom of the navigation bar.

Step 2

Next, tap the LOG IN button on the top right side.

Step 3

If you already have a Raiders app account tap the APP ACCOUNT LOGIN button.

Step 4

Once you have selected app account login, you will be shown this pop up. From here please log in using your RAIDERS APP account and password.

Step 5

Once you have logged into your Raiders app account, tap on CONNECT for Ticketmaster.

Step 6

After connecting your Raiders account with your Ticketmaster account you will be able to see your QR code wallet in your Season Ticket Member hub.

Create an App Account

Step 1

Open the Raiders + Allegiant Stadium App and tap on ACCOUNT on the bottom of the navigation bar.

Step 2

Next, tap the CREATE ACCOUNT button on the top left side.

Step 3

After you have clicked that button, please fill in the information in the section that pops up.

Step 4

Next, complete the rest of your profile and make sure to check the box at the bottom.

Step 5

Once you have finished creating your account, tap on CONNECT next to Ticketmaster.

Step 6

After connecting your Raiders account with your Ticketmaster account you will be able to see your QR code wallet in your Season Ticket Member hub.
