Beverly Shields is entering her fourth season with the Las Vegas Raiders. Prior to assuming her current role, Beverly served as the Senior Director, Human Resources. During her time with the Las Vegas Raiders, has streamlined many of the Human Resource processes and procedures, also implementing policies to further create a productive, safe, and positive working environment.

Beverly brings over 30 years of Human Resources management experience, with 20 years in the Las Vegas community. Beverly pursued a career in the Hospitality and Gaming industry, where she has held leadership roles with The Venetian Las Vegas, JW Marriott, Las Vegas, The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, Planet Hollywood, and The Ritz Carltons Kapalua and Lake Las Vegas.

Beverly is from the island of Maui, born and raised, and moved to Las Vegas to be part of the opening team at the Ritz Carlton Lake Las Vegas. Beverly decided to make Las Vegas her home (second to Maui).
