Biography
Stark joins the Silver and Black after spending the past 13 seasons with the Denver Broncos. He most recently served as the Broncos' director of college scouting from 2016-2024 after working as a national scout for the club in 2016, following four years evaluating the Western Region (2015) and the West Coast (2012-14).
Stark joined the Broncos after serving three seasons as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for Yale University (2009-11) and nine seasons in various coaching roles at San Diego State from 2000-08. During his nine years at San Diego State, he served as tight ends coach (2007-08), director of football operations/recruiting coordinator (2000-01, 2006) and passing game coordinator/quarterbacks coach (2002-05).
Before joining San Diego State's staff, Stark spent the 2001 season as offensive program coordinator for the University of Washington, where he also assisted with the Huskies' recruiting efforts.
He began his professional career at his alma mater, the University of Colorado, where he was a student assistant/assistant recruiting coordinator from 1994-98.
