Danny Eckman enters his second season with the Las Vegas Raiders after being named Football Operations Assistant in 2025.

Eckman started with the Raiders as a Team Operations Assistant in 2024. He previously worked in football operations with the Indianapolis Colts and John Carroll University, as well as recruiting with the University of the Incarnate Word.

Prior to his career in football operations, Eckman began his NFL career in partnership activation with the Green Bay Packers and entertainment with the Carolina Panthers.

A native of Akron, Ohio, Eckman graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He currently resides in Henderson, Nevada.
