Deavante Hall enters his eighth season with the Raiders after joining the team in 2016 as an intern on the equipment staff. He assists in managing practice and locker room setup for games, outfitting players with the proper equipment, ordering and maintaining equipment and apparel for the team. Prior to joining the Raiders, he was a student equipment manager for the University of Arizona football team for three years. 

Born and raised in San Jose, Calif., Deavante graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor's degree in general studies, sports and society.
