Dustin Kadri enters his first season with the Raiders as Sofware Developer, Football Systems. Kadri most recently served as Senior Manager, Soccer Systems with the Columbus Crew, where he developed the club's internal scouting application and contributed to the club's 2023 MLS Cup Championship. Kadri has previous NFL experience working with coaches video at the Houston Texans, Arizona Cardinals, and Pittsburgh Steelers. A native of Crooksville, Ohio, Kadri graduated from Miami University with a bachelor's degree in business management. He is married to his wife, Sara.
