Heather DeSanto is entering her fifth season with the Las Vegas Raiders as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining the Raiders, DeSanto spent more than two decades as a Human Resources leader in hospitality and gaming, with her most recent role as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. DeSanto also brings significant international experience, having lived and worked in Singapore for eight years, where she served as Vice President, Human Resources for Marina Bay Sands, a world-class integrated resort.

In her current role, DeSanto leads organization wide Human Resources strategy, driving organizational effectiveness through strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and learning initiatives that support employee growth and align with long-term organizational objectives. She partners closely with executive leadership on major initiatives impacting employees and plays a key role in shaping organizational culture. In addition, she champions diversity and inclusion by embedding inclusive practices across talent management and people strategies.

A Bay Area native, DeSanto grew up in Santa Cruz, Calif. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration (management) from San Jose State University and completed an executive leadership program at the INSEAD Asia Campus in Singapore. DeSanto resides in Summerlin, Nev., with her husband, Nick, and their son, Chase. She enjoys traveling and wildlife and outdoor photography.
