Heather DeSanto is entering her fourth season with the Las Vegas Raiders as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Before joining the Raiders, DeSanto spent 23 years as a progressive Human Resources leader in hospitality and gaming, with her most recent role as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. DeSanto lived abroad in Singapore for eight years, where she last served as the Vice President, Human Resources for Marina Bay Sands, an integrated resort. In her current role, DeSanto drives organizational effectiveness through various Human Resources initiatives and supports management on all major initiatives impacting employees, while developing relevant Human Resources programs and strategies. She leads efforts in strategic workforce planning and learning programs that support employee development and align with long-term organizational goals. Additionally, she champions diversity, equity, and inclusion by integrating inclusive practices into talent management and organizational culture initiatives.

A Bay Area native, DeSanto grew up in Santa Cruz, California. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration (management) from San Jose State University and in 2015 attended an executive leadership program at the INSEAD Asia Campus in Singapore. DeSanto resides in Summerlin/Las Vegas, Nevada, with her husband, Nick, and son, Chase. She enjoys traveling and wildlife/outdoor photography.
