Janet Steele is entering her 3^rd season with the Las Vegas Raiders and first as Vice President, The Raider Image. Originally joining the organization from 1989-1998, served as Director of Retail and help found The Raider Image and Raider Image Fan Club. Janet is responsible for overseeing all The Raider Image Retail locations, e-comm and events.

Prior to her current role, Janet lived in Carlsbad, CA. and had a dynamic company dedicated to partnering with all sports teams across Southern California and Nevada. Providing innovation services, fan engagements and strategic support to teams in the region.

Janet currently resides in Henderson, NV. along with her partner Milan, 2 dogs and a cat. Her daughter TaylorRose lives in Graeagle CA.
