Michel Shadowen is entering his third season with the Las Vegas Raiders. Prior to his current role, he earned a bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Arizona, followed by a dual master's degree and completion of the dietetic internship program at Northern Illinois University. Under the leadership of Ricky Ng and in collaboration with two other performance nutritionists, Shadowen oversees nutrition services for players and coaches. His responsibilities include practice and gameday fueling, hydration strategies, and supplementation protocols.
