Nico Barnes enters his fourth season with the Raiders after joining the team in 2022 as an intern on the equipment staff. He assists in the equipment outfitting of all players and staff, oversees practice set up and breakdown, and locker room setup for all Raider games.

Prior to joining the Raiders, he was a visiting clubhouse attendant for four years in Kansas City. He Also spent time as an equipment intern with the Kansas City Chiefs and the Minnesota Vikings.
