Pete Caracciolo is entering his 28th season with the Las Vegas Raiders and his first as Vice President of Facility Management and Operations. Before assuming his current role, Caracciolo was the Senor Director of Operations. He originally joined the Raiders in 1998 working in the video department before moving into football operations in 2004 where he managed training camp in Napa, organized team travel and coordinated six NFL international games in three countries. In his current position, Caracciolo is responsible for overseeing the Facilities Department and Office Administration Department for our Headquarters and surrounding real estate. He relocated to Henderson, NV in 2018, prior to the organization relocation and was the team lead for the construction project of our Headquarters.

A native of Oceanside, N.Y. received his bachelor's degree from Springfield College. Caracciolo and his family were inducted into the Oceanside High School Hall of Fame in 2023. His brother, Matt, is the Vice President of Football Operations and Facilities with the Arizona Cardinals. Caracciolo currently resides in Henderson, NV., He and his wife Maggie have two children, daughter, Mackenzie 26 and son, Peter 21.
