Biography

Rebecca Finlay enters her 10th season with the Las Vegas Raiders and her first as Vice President of Brand & Creative, leading the team's creative direction, brand identity, and photography. A key figure in the Raiders' relocation from Oakland to Las Vegas, she played a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic of Allegiant Stadium – guiding interior design, signage, concessions, partnership integrations, Hall of Fame and Raiderettes exhibits, and led the Allegiant Stadium Art Collection featuring over 400 works by predominately local artists. Entrusted with bringing Mark Davis' vision to life, Finlay champions creative initiatives that elevate the Raiders' brand while honoring its storied legacy.

With more than 20 years of experience in sports and entertainment, Finlay has a strong record of impactful visual storytelling. Before the Raiders, she spent a decade as Lead Graphic Designer for the Minnesota Wild (NHL), shaping their visual identity and marketing efforts. She also worked as a Graphic Design Specialist for VEE Corporation, producers of Sesame Street Live, and began her career at the Orpheum Theatre in Memphis, managing design, PR, promotions, and cast appearances for Broadway productions including The Lion King and Les Misérables.

Finlay holds a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. She lives with her husband, Andrew, in the vibrant Arts District of Las Vegas.
