Rob enters his first season as an athletic trainer with the Raiders. Originally from Philadelphia, Rob graduated from Temple University with his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and earned his Master of Science in Athletic Training from Shenandoah University in 2018. Rob has a diverse background in athletic training with experience at the high school, collegiate, clinical and professional settings.

Prior to joining the Silver and Black, Rob worked at TB12 and spent the last 2 seasons with Birmingham City Football Club in England. Rob currently resides in Las Vegas with his wife, Amanda.
